Limb Lengthening Surgery is Becoming More Popular: He Was 5'7". After Surgery, He’ll Be 5'10".

As a man of taller than average height I had no idea such a procedure existed outside of science fiction films like Gattaca.

Yes, it’s a Buzzfeed News article. But there’s this tidbit:

[quote] In this elaborate procedure, a doctor breaks both femurs and inserts a titanium rod that slowly expands inside the patient’s body, making them permanently taller.

[quote] Scott first heard about the procedure when he was in high school. “When I realized what was really holding me back was the obstacle of money, I was like, ‘Oh, it’s just a game. If I can get $75,000, then I’m done feeling like this.’ The goal gave him clarity. “I was not waking up and crying every day in my mask, walking around the neighborhood. Instead, it became ‘OK, I just have to get on my grind and figure out how to get the money.’” So Scott, who is bi, got to work and, in February 2021, started an OnlyFans page. Within a few months on the platform, he zeroed in on a niche: financial domination, a form of humiliation kink where clients pay him to degrade them and take their money. By January 2022, by supplementing his OnlyFans earnings with some of his savings and a small loan, he had enough to pay for the procedure.

I refer you to the 1973 film The Legend of Hell House.

by Anonymousreply 1April 30, 2022 4:39 PM

Forgot to add: I’d have thought a certain member of a certain religious cult would have been all over this procedure.

by Anonymousreply 2April 30, 2022 4:44 PM

That seems sane.

by Anonymousreply 3April 30, 2022 4:48 PM

You mean little Tammy Cruise and even smaller Miss Cavige?

They've created a entire cult of people to convince themselves they're giants - it would be kind of redundant for them to have the surgery now.

(Besides the surgery can only increase height up to about 3 inches - that would make Miss David Miscavige about 5'6'. - I'm sure they've already done the math. )

by Anonymousreply 4April 30, 2022 4:49 PM

It's your own blinding, self-limiting perceptions that keep you from seeing how tall these men really are!

by Anonymousreply 6April 30, 2022 4:55 PM

I'll sell him a pair of boots with 3" lifts in them and save him $74,800... and a lot of pain.

by Anonymousreply 7April 30, 2022 4:56 PM

Isn't there a rumor that Ronan Farrow had this done.

by Anonymousreply 8April 30, 2022 4:57 PM

This has been around a long time - decades.

IIRC, it has to be done fairly young.

by Anonymousreply 9April 30, 2022 4:58 PM

Are you referring to the jaw shaving surgeries that transformed the Willis girls from hideous to just moderately ugly?

by Anonymousreply 13April 30, 2022 5:32 PM

I'm 5'6 and would never consider this surgery even though I used to get teased a lot about my height, (which by the way, isn't that short). A long time ago a straight coworker actually picked me up and held me like a toddler at a workplace Xmas party and still I'd never consider lengthening my legs.

I'm a Gen Xer though, and when I was younger we were told to just get over things.

by Anonymousreply 14April 30, 2022 5:34 PM

5'7" doesn't seem short enough to really want to pursue this, but it's all his perception of himself. I guess going from 5'1" to 5'4" you'd still be short. He is going from moderately short to in average.

I gotta limb between my legs that needs another 3 inches.

No, I definitely had a bone infection! I got it in Africa, because, you know, lots of bacteria floating around there. Everybody wears braces and has an unusual growth spurt after antibiotics…

by Anonymousreply 23April 30, 2022 7:17 PM

I read about this in the late 1960s. I was short but as a female I figured it didn't matter as much. But damn I'd love to be tall like 5'8 or '9.

I just found this and IIRC that's what I remember reading - the risks and how arduous the procedures were . . . and for just a few inches really.

[quote] The techniques earlier used for leg lengthening were notorious for their complications, and as late as the 1960s some authorities would not consider lengthening unless amputation was the alternative. The method introduced by Wagner in the 60s had the advantage of a stable external fixation, permitting the patients to be mobilized. The drawback was that at least three operations were needed: external fixation and osteotomy, bone grafting and internal fixation, and, finally, removal of the plate.

by Anonymousreply 24April 30, 2022 7:24 PM

Fuck no. The lengths people will go to mutilate and disfigure themselves in order to fit a manufactured image.

by Anonymousreply 33April 30, 2022 8:34 PM

I'm sure there's a shit-ton of money to be made selling these procedures, because the world of people who love to blame all the difficulties of life on some litltle physical shortcoming, because believing that they aren't getting what they want because of some supposed physical flaw is so much easier on the ego that admitting that they aren't intelligent, charming, sexy, hard-working, or educated enough. Believing the physical flaw is the problem is so easy on the ego, it puts all the blame on the other person for being unfair and cruel, and eliminates any need for self-questioning, taking responsibility, or for real change.

These people become plastic surgery addicts very easily, because they experience a rush of self-confidence after the flaw is mitigated, and when reality comes charging back and they still aren't getting what they want... they look for another physical flaw to blame. There's a shit-ton of money to be made in taking advantage of people's insecurities, but this is one of the worst ways, it's cruel, dangerous, and insanely expensive.

by Anonymousreply 34April 30, 2022 9:09 PM

How sad that these obsessive fools feel they must carve themselves up to attain some unrealistic, unnatural, and unnecessary results that leave them scarred and disproportionate, as if drastic surgery is the answer to all their perceived "problems". Can't anyone accept themselves, or reality, anymore?

by Anonymousreply 35April 30, 2022 9:34 PM

by Anonymousreply 43April 30, 2022 10:21 PM

Inevitable really.

When you see every famous woman has a face that’s mostly plastic.

by Anonymousreply 44April 30, 2022 10:22 PM

But then the arms and hands look like those of a toddler afterwards

by Anonymousreply 45April 30, 2022 10:31 PM

r45, I agree. Having the right proportions should matter more than height or (muscle) weight. People always look at you a certain way when you've done plastic surgery (even good ones you can barely notice) and act like something is off when looking at you. And I doubt that is the desired effect people, who do get these procedures, want.

by Anonymousreply 46April 30, 2022 10:43 PM

Short people often have shorter legs in proportion to the rest of their body so it doesn’t look weird.

by Anonymousreply 47April 30, 2022 10:47 PM

Oh! I just remembered the time I was out for drinks many years ago and a random stranger pulled me onto his lap! Maybe I should get my legs lengthened after all!!

by Anonymousreply 48April 30, 2022 10:52 PM

I'm a Lesbian who is a bit under six feet tall. If I was the opposite, like say Kristin Chenoweth sized (no offense to the dear), I would leave things be. Fuck it. Life is too , dare I say, short.

by Anonymousreply 49April 30, 2022 11:01 PM

Unless a man is REALLY short (say, under 5'4), one with smarts, humor, and a good job will get plenty of women. My straight brother is 5'6, but as a young man he was cute as a button, smart and funny as hell, and ended up with an extremely lucrative career in IT. He ALWAYS had good-looking girlfriends, and his wife is fucking beautiful.

There's more to life than a few inches on the legs.

by Anonymousreply 50April 30, 2022 11:17 PM

I'm 6'1" so I can't really judge, but I just can't imagine putting my body though all that to add some height. I'd also imagine exercising would be difficult, maybe?

But I spent a pretty penny getting my teeth fixed. Maybe it's the same thing and I just don't get it.

by Anonymousreply 51May 1, 2022 12:50 AM

Humble brag ^

by Anonymousreply 52May 1, 2022 1:32 AM

R44 thinks no famous men have had plastic surgery on their face...

by Anonymousreply 53May 1, 2022 1:36 AM

There’s something very sad about a 5’7 bi guy who opens an OnlyFans and becomes a FinDom in order to finance an arduous and painful 3” limb-lengthening surgery. Not to play armchair psychologist, but I hope this guy gets mental health counseling in order for him to know that he’s fine just the way he is.

by Anonymousreply 54May 1, 2022 1:38 AM

This is mental illness on full display. The man in this article talks about crying for two hours before work every day because he feels the world is shitting on him for being 5'7". Sad that he found doctors to take his money and operate on him. Recognize the signs of mental illness and urge people to seek therapy (plus a psychiatrist) when you come across people in your own life who need help.

by Anonymousreply 55May 1, 2022 1:40 AM

[quote]Recognize the signs of mental illness and urge people to seek therapy

Nope! A lot of mental illness these days is not about getting over it but rather affirming it.

by Anonymousreply 56May 1, 2022 1:57 AM

TRANS ^

by Anonymousreply 57May 1, 2022 2:03 AM

R34 is exactly right.

The same concepts can also be applied to the trans movement: Making drastic and irreversible change$ to the body will somehow cure the patient’s psychological pathologies.

The shorties who wish to be taller but can’t afford the procedure should take a page from the Trans Inc playbook. Call it something less barbaric than what it is; guilt the public into believing you’ll kill yourself if you don’t get it. In no time, you’ll get your surgeries — on someone else’s dime — and they’ll call it “healthcare”.

by Anonymousreply 58May 1, 2022 2:19 AM

If he was dealing with shit at work, couldn't he have contacted his state's labor department about the hostile workplace environment?

5"7 isn't that short.

by Anonymousreply 59May 1, 2022 2:24 AM

So is he tall with little feet?

by Anonymousreply 60May 1, 2022 2:31 AM

I can't believe he's doing it a 5'7". It just doesn't seem short enough. So he's gonna be 5'10" and suddenly have no insecurities. Plus major surgery? I don't get it.

by Anonymousreply 61May 1, 2022 2:50 AM

What a little bitch: “Scott, who is 25 and works in digital media, said that before the surgery, colleagues constantly made remarks about his stature. “I was not treated with respect,” Scott told me. “At every single workplace I’ve been in, there've been several situations where people commented on my height to discredit me entirely as a person.” One disagreement at work led to a colleague snapping at him and rebutting, “Don’t be so sure of yourself, short man!” Over the years, the insults began to take their toll. “I was waking up two hours before my alarm every day just to walk around the neighborhood and cry,” he said.”

by Anonymousreply 62May 1, 2022 2:55 AM

The only three inches that might make a difference would be on his sad cock.

by Anonymousreply 63May 1, 2022 2:55 AM

R61. And a one year recovery. And $75,000. At 25, he is either tapping into the trust fund grandma and grandpa established or he got financing for the surgery, which is a big, common thing with cosmetic surgeries.

by Anonymousreply 64May 1, 2022 2:58 AM

According to toxic masculinity standards, a "real" man is at least 6 feet tall and being 5'7" or 5'8" makes you a dwarf. SMDH.

by Anonymousreply 65May 1, 2022 3:10 AM

I suspect this surgery is what Trevor Noah was dissatisfied with, and is suing HSS over.

by Anonymousreply 66May 1, 2022 3:10 AM

R64 apparently he paid for this with an onlyfans account.

“The goal gave him clarity. “I was not waking up and crying every day in my mask, walking around the neighborhood. Instead, it became ‘OK, I just have to get on my grind and figure out how to get the money.’” So Scott, who is bi, got to work and, in February 2021, started an OnlyFans page. The DL right-wing brigade really does make everything about trans people, don't they?

by Anonymousreply 71May 1, 2022 3:20 AM

Maybe, R6, google says Trevor Noah is 5ft9.

by Anonymousreply 72May 1, 2022 3:21 AM

If I'm a guy who's 5'7" I would not want to add more than 3 inches.

by Anonymousreply 73May 1, 2022 3:21 AM

How do the parents of a 25 year old not find out about this at some point? It’s not like the pre Internet ‘80s when someone could work in porn and keep it from friends and family. Meanwhile, this article will probably be shared thousands of times and it will get back to his family. Findom is also harder to explain than straight up sex.

“Scott’s parents don’t know about the OnlyFans, though. “They asked about the money, and I just told them it’s not illegal, it’s not drugs,” he said. These days, while he is still recovering, he has taken leave from his job, and OnlyFans is his only source of income. It brings in about $4,000 a month. “It’s to the point where, even if I have a little drop off in numbers, my rent is paid for, my car payment is paid for. I’m good,” he said. Before his surgery, Scott spent a few weeks banking new content to post intermittently over the recovery period.”

by Anonymousreply 74May 1, 2022 3:23 AM

R66 The internet says Noah is 5'11' so it seems unlikely that he would have put himself through that procedure.

by Anonymousreply 75May 1, 2022 3:26 AM

Mentally ill is mentally ill, tranny fucker at r71

However, this short guy is less mentally than Bruce Jenner

by Anonymousreply 76May 1, 2022 3:31 AM

I get it. I totally get it. Height is status and power, whether people agree or not. So are good looks and fit bodies.

I’m 6’0” and dated a guy who was 6’2” for over ten years. And while it didn’t outright bug me, I did always feel short when we were out. Cut to ten years later and I regularly wear 1 and 3/4 inch lifts in my shoes, so in shoes, I’m at least 6’2” and I like it. I would never have $75,000 surgery that took a year to recover, but if it cost $3,000 and the recovery was 2 weeks, I’d fucking do it!

But when you’re already 6’ and one day at work you’re 6’2”, people don’t notice. They just chalk it up to a thick heel. 5’7 to 5’10 is going to be noticeable (but good for him). The only time I was remotely embarrassed was going through security at an international airport where there was no Pre-check and they made me take off my shoes and I went from being taller than the security guard to eye level.

Woman can wear high heels, false eyelashes, corsets that cinch their waists, hair extensions, push-up bras, and plaster over their whole face with make-up. Living an illusion and a fantasy isn’t exactly mentally illness, at least not for 1/2 the world’s population. So I added 2 inches? Meh.

That said, I like shorter guys anyway. Like 5’8”. I like to be the tall one. I like to be an aggressive top daddy with a slightly shorter cute guy with a nice ass. They’re my krypronite.

But I encourage already tall guys to try it if they want to and not be embarrassed. It’s just the smallest confidence boost, but it feels nice.

by Anonymousreply 77May 1, 2022 3:55 AM

Even lunatic Tom Cruise, who can do whatever he wants, isn't stupid enough for this...

by Anonymousreply 78May 1, 2022 3:57 AM

I'd wonder if the body would be out of proportion.

by Anonymousreply 79May 1, 2022 4:01 AM

That's going to hurt and cause a lot of pain when this guy gets older.

by Anonymousreply 80May 1, 2022 6:37 AM

We live in a snake oil salesmen driven society. Society creates problems so that we feel self-conscious about ourselves and are eager to throw money at our problems to make them go away (or feel even shittier for not having enough money to solve our problem that way), or become easy prey to cults and other dubious people in some other way.

by Anonymousreply 81May 1, 2022 6:54 AM

Human beings are easily manipulated through their desire to be loved

Learn to manipulate well, and life will be a banquet

by Anonymousreply 82May 1, 2022 12:36 PM

1-2" lifts in your shoes are no problem: Women wear high heels all the time. You can also stop wearing them if you want to, and they're not that expensive. Leg lengthening surgery, OTOH, is bananas.

by Anonymousreply 83May 1, 2022 6:07 PM

R39 I’m 6’1 but lament the fact that I’m not 5’7 every time I have to fly economy.

by Anonymousreply 84May 1, 2022 6:39 PM

Often short men are blessed in other areas.

For example, one of my best friends (straight) is 5’6 but has a thick, 8 inch cock.

How do I know this? One time when we were drinking a doing blow he showed me a cell phone pic of him titty fucking some Tindr hookup.

by Anonymousreply 85May 1, 2022 6:41 PM

I had it done but my parents could only afford to do one leg.

I'm only comfortable standing sideways on a hill.

But at least I'm only half as short as I was.

by Anonymousreply 86May 1, 2022 6:44 PM

[quote]most straight men won't date women who are taller than them

Both my father and my son married women taller than themselves.

by Anonymousreply 87May 1, 2022 6:48 PM

Women are attracted to intelligence and confidence. A 5'7 inch man with those things will have no problem getting women. A 5'7 inch man who walks around crying because of his height will turn any sane woman right off, and 3 inches on his legs won't solve the clear mental problems that left him lonely to begin with.

by Anonymousreply 88May 1, 2022 6:59 PM

The funny part is that the future will bring surprises, as technology improves. Once it is relatively cheap, almost painless, less invasive, and widely available, will 6'2" be the new short? In ten or so years, this could be a situation where 6'5" guys are getting jacked up to 6'7"? Nobody wants to be the shortest guy in the room, and guys keep getting taller and taller. Also, this does not include some weird new super-expensive drug that parents will give their kids to max them out near 7'.

There will always be people taller than you. Guys want to be tall, no matter how much they bitch about it. My college roommate in my freshman year was 5'10" and after one summer came back at 6'4". It changed his personality completely.

by Anonymousreply 89May 1, 2022 7:12 PM

I wore platform shoes to make me taller until that nasty Nellie Olson suggested everyone take off their shoes and wade in the creek at our last office party.

by Anonymousreply 90May 1, 2022 7:24 PM

Thanks for keeping it real, R85, with finding a way to brag about your little straight friend in a thread about limb lengthening, which is a critical aid for youths who have significant growth deficits.

And in terms of keeping it classy, we can see that the old adage of "birds of a feather" still holds for your crew.

by Anonymousreply 91May 1, 2022 8:09 PM

The fuck are you going on about, R91?

by Anonymousreply 92May 2, 2022 12:29 AM

Good nutrition's given you some length of bone, but you're not more than one generation from poor white trash, are you, R77?

by Anonymousreply 93May 2, 2022 12:33 AM

This guy will be dead by 30. Get him some help, please.

by Anonymousreply 94May 2, 2022 12:46 AM

R88 has an awfully high opinion of women. Most of us are very aware that a wealthy guy who is 5' 6" won't have any trouble finding plenty of women charmed by his intelligence and sense of humor.

Yeah. Right.

by Anonymousreply 95May 2, 2022 1:04 AM

This is idiotic and demonstrates the hubris of youth, body dysmorphic order, and the effects of an artificial world reflected back to people via Instagram filters and false bonhomie.

Having required surgery is miserable. The older you get the more you realize that keeping out of the hospital is a major goal. Sometimes I find myself distracted when chopping vegetables….then I pause and think to myself “the last place I want to be tonight is the ER.”

That someone would elect for a elective cosmetic procedure and willingly fuck with their only two legs with this potentially destructive procedure is pathetic. Plus wasting a year of arguably the best year of your 20s—25–in treatment/recovery is ludicrous.

Not to mention: he is (was?) 5’7.” That is not a disability: that is needing a good tailor.

I went through a period a few years ago when I read medical history books. This—“Normal at Any Cost”—examined a segment of the medical industry that preyed on much shorter boys and very tall girls…at the predictive, pubescent level. It was—and still is—borderline quackery.

Because, R96, no one ever told him to that he had to learn to cope with being teased over his height so he'd rather mangle himself. I posted upthread about how I was also teased, (I'm 5'6), my mom would be sympathetic but didn't fuss over the issue and ultimately told me that I had to learn to handle things or else I'd be a basket case over any perceived slight or hardship.

by Anonymousreply 97May 2, 2022 2:53 AM

He's white and attractive enough to make money as a FinDom on OF? FFS, why would you need to risk your long term health on something so stupid? (I'm actually shorter than he was.)

[quote] And in terms of keeping it classy, we can see that the old adage of "birds of a feather" still holds for your crew.

Are you implying that big-dicked straight men sharing their nudes with us is somehow NOT classy? I couldn’t disagree more. Sharing the wealth shows good character.

by Anonymousreply 99May 2, 2022 4:03 AM

Tall men can get teased too. Redheaded men get teased. Plump guys get teased, and skinny ones. Guys with big dicks and little dicks.

Taking the piss is part of male culture. If you can't handle that, you can't be one of the guys.

Part of the issue here is the prevalence of the idea that "teasing is normal, you just have to learn how to cope with it, and if you don't, then you're the real problem."

Too many people are aggressively shallow and don't know how to shut their yaps about it.

by Anonymousreply 103May 2, 2022 4:56 AM

Doesn't it take forever?

by Anonymousreply 104May 2, 2022 5:27 AM

Bisexual borderlines are SO exhausting.

What does that make him now, R102? A hobbit?

5'7 isn't that short. I'm going to have to call BS this guy is picked on constantly as if there's not men shorter than him around. It's not a woman problem either, as many women date guys that aren't 6'0. Just because it's considered a nice perk, doesn't mean it's a requirement. This is an issue solely with his self image. Only a couple generations ago, 5'7 would be about average. Though the average height is rising, it's still only 5'9, not far off from this guy. Wearing thicker soles would be sufficient.

The problem with these trends is how they end up making a new normal, skewing reality. Like big butts and lips being popular in women, sparking procedures, to the point where regular features become lackluster. Trends can change too, like obnoxious breast implants losing popularity after the 90s.

People under 30 waste a lot of time obsessing over the finer details of their looks, not realizing that by 40 it'll seem petty. By then, it's all a battle of aging, with illnesses, pains, hair loss, wrinkles, etc. Height is not a priority. Those 3" with chronic pain at 45+ aren't going to seem significant anymore. We're here for short time, especially with our peaks of physicality, I don't see the point of these drastic procedures.

by Anonymousreply 107May 2, 2022 1:21 PM

The guy in the original story is SUCH a mess, and the surgeons who took his money rather than referring him to therapy or assertiveness training ought to have their licenses to practice medicine revoked. If people tease you about your height, make mean jokes back at them, tell them off, or go to HR about a hostile work environment, don't change yourself to please the assholes!

But then, people react to bullying or the perception of bullying differently. I mean I was the chubby poor kid at a rich-kid's high school, and yeah, I got a lot of shit from the shallow assholes. My attitude at the time was "Who the fuck are YOU to tell me what I should be! Here, I'm eating a candy bar just to piss you off!", and my defiant bitch response to the "teasing" actually kept me from paying as much attention to my weight as I should have. But then, I was a bitch who grew up to be a Datalounger, a different sort of mess than the surgeon's victim.

Can you ever run recreationally once you've had this procedure?

Looking at the pics in the article, his shaved legs are such a turnoff for me. It doesn't surprise me at all he's also a pathological self-preening type. He'll make another headcase just like him really happy one day.

by Anonymousreply 112August 14, 2022 10:24 AM

Which celebs will make use of that? Timorphy chaleme or tom finland?

by Anonymousreply 113August 14, 2022 10:26 AM

Wouldn’t you end up looking like you have t-Rex arms? It must be noticeable how out of proportion you are if the only thing being lengthened are your femurs?

by Anonymousreply 114August 14, 2022 11:40 AM

Scott should start a glam rock band instead. Problem solved!

Met a woman who lost her brother to this surgery. He was in his 20s, became an incel online, believed he wasn’t getting laid because of his height, and got the surgery done in India. He died of a blood clot later that year.

by Anonymousreply 118August 14, 2022 12:58 PM

I can’t imagine how painful this would be. I wonder if being short limits your prospects more as a straight guy or as a gay one. Lot of gay guys fetishize pocket gays.

by Anonymousreply 119August 14, 2022 1:05 PM

I'm 5'6, and I was never ashamed of my height. I deal with it. In fact, I like being 5'6.

by Anonymousreply 120August 14, 2022 1:21 PM

I think smaller guys who are like 178cm have better body proportions. More leg muscles. I wish I were smaller because I am 6 inch 2 footfeets or however you say that in mile-countries. Is there surgery to make me smaller? I like my long legs but my upper body is long too. I wish I were only 172cm.

by Anonymousreply 121August 14, 2022 1:28 PM

The man who had that surgery was being harassed at work. He's working in a toxic work environment. Furthermore, perhaps he missed out on those promotions, because he wasn't qualified. He's blaming his height for missed opportunities; it could be for many other reasons.

by Anonymousreply 122August 14, 2022 1:36 PM

Any guy who is between 5' 3' and 5' 7" has a legit right to getting "lengthened." I say go for it. But I would never do more than 3 inches.

The dr who did this is in Burbank and Armenian. Related to the Kardashian Kult?

by Anonymousreply 125August 14, 2022 6:47 PM

R19 now that you mention it that would seem who would benefit from this surgery the most: trans men.

Their short stature is one of things that makes them not pass as males in person.

by Anonymousreply 126August 14, 2022 6:52 PM

R19 and then they could come up with a procedure for trans women to make their limbs shorter.

by Anonymousreply 127August 14, 2022 6:54 PM

My best friend in high school has a younger sister that had this done. She had one leg longer than the other….she was also hideous and wanted to grow up to be an animal. The leg seemed minor compared to all the other issues.

by Anonymousreply 128August 14, 2022 9:58 PM

"The man who had that surgery was being harassed at work. "

A man who's "bi", a sex worker, sensitive, and unable to deal with straight douchebros thinks that the real problem is his height?

And even if his height was the only problem, he's still making the common mistake of thinking that changing something about himself will win the respect of the bullies and assholes. The fact is that the only thing that will win the respect of bullies and assholes is standing up to them, if you change yourself to please them they will always think of you as inferior.

by Anonymousreply 129August 14, 2022 11:07 PM

Would anyone else trade some inches off their dick to add to their height? I’m 6’, with a dick, in percentile terms, the equivalent of 6’11” in height. I’d give up some of my dick inches to be a little taller.

by Anonymousreply 130September 19, 2022 4:08 AM

R43

It is grotesque and irreligious.

by Anonymousreply 131September 19, 2022 4:16 AM

I saw a show about this and the guy that did it was around 4’10 and after surgery he was 5”6 and happy. That I could understand but not someone who is 5’7 which is a few inches shorter than the national average for men in the US.

by Anonymousreply 132September 19, 2022 4:22 AM

R132, he has to be all legs. How can that even look natural?

by Anonymousreply 133September 19, 2022 4:25 AM

I don't know how anyone could go through something like this just to gain three inches of height. It's a shame that a lot of shorter men have such a serious complex about it. I have never felt that height factored into attractiveness, though it's a sentiment that apparently a lot of fraus seem to hold. I've never discriminated over a dude's height—there are many short guys who are just as sexy to me as taller ones. I'm 6'2" have been told I have "tall privilege" by people shorter than me.
