Check the eyebrows.
For most gingers, pubes are a shade darker red like their eyebrows.
But I’m a ginger and am a weird exception because my eyebrows are much lighter than my hair (hair bright red, eyebrows blondish/strawberry blond). Pubes are bright orangey-blond/strawberry blond, as is my body hair.
