Aww ... I'm surprisingly sad for him. He and the actor who played Mr. Kincaid were what made The Partridge Family funny. I hope he can pull through and address whatever's going on with him.

His whole roided out/chain-smoking phase (?) on those stupid reality shows when he was closing in on 50 obviously only contributed to speeding up his aging. I remember videos of him furiously running on the treadmill at full speed while smoking (!) with an ashtray welded to the side of the treadmill on one such reality show. Yikes.

I don't know, he's doing everything he can to look old, the defeated expression, scruffy beard, the cane--he really needs a cane just to stand? He's not overweight, put the guy in nice clothes with a smile and a shave he could look 62.

I once saw him and a girl at Danny's in the Gayborhood in Philly. He looked rough then.

Parkinsons

I'm wondering Parkinson's, too? Hopefully not that or anything else he can't recovery soon and completely from. What struck me was his physique because of how he was obviously so into keeping it up and doing an impressive job of it for so many of his middle-aged years. You can tell, at least from the way he photographs here, that it seems all of that has just about slipped away. Or maybe it's just the way he photographed and the sweater concealing a tight leanness, who knows. Of course that's not what's important and so sending him healthy, healing vibes.

I hope he gets better. I've seen him on talk shows and he was always funny and honest about his excesses. As someone else stated he and Dave Madden had a great comic rapport on "The Partridge Family."

His face looks like it's something like Lou Gehrig's, MS, or Parkinsons.

He looks really different because he is so much smaller, but I don’t think he looks bad. 62 isn’t young. I think he looks better than most 62 year-olds.

I have sciatica, too. Have you found anything that works well? I talk alpha-lipoic acid every day (twice a day). It takes a week or two to start working, but made a dramatic improvement in my symptoms.

If his wiki page is accurate, Bonaduce is a scumbag. I give zero fucks about him. Big fan of capital punishment is old Danny. Meanwhile, he's been a full-on druggie who could easily have killed someone while off the planet on drugs and then others like him would've been more than happy to see him fry. Guess that never occurred to him though.

In OP's photo, he definitely looks like a man with advanced cancer.
