You may find this hard to believe, and I'm not sure if it can be verified. But I've HEARD a certain member of a Motown singing group from the 1960s, the youngest, had a slight tip job. It's hardly noticeable, so I don't know if it's true.

R18, true story about Bruce Jenner: a few years before he was propelled to reality stardom on KUWTK, I happened to see him at the Seattle airport, of all places. He stood out at first because I thought he was a burn victim of some sort, but then I realized who he was, and that he'd simply had waaaaaay too much bad cosmetic surgery. (Not entirely sure how I recognized him at all, considering I was a toddler during his Olympics years.) He had a lot of it fixed during his time on the show – and a bit more done either during or after his transitioning – but OTOH fixes only go so far when you're an 8 out of 10 on the Jacko Botched Surgery Scale.

I had a deviated septum. Nothing I could do about it.

R23, I had a very similar encounter/reaction with Jenner in the late 90's. I saw him in a restaurant and I thought it was a very tall lesbian with an odd face. I knew I recognized the person, but it took me awhile to realize it was Bruce Jenner.

Wow, Christopher Reeve at R47, nose job in both photos. As he got older, his nose got even more narrow. Apparently, nose-job noses shrink as you age.

Reeve was fair-haired as a child, and dyed his hair black for the Superman role that made his name. I presume he kept his hair dark because he was known for it, but didn't always bother to pencil in his eyebrows.

Joe Pesci had extensive plastic surgery, including work on his nose, before he became famous for his Home Alone role. It's hard to imagine what he must have looked like before.

Joe Pesci had a facelift before Goodfellas (1990), R69. That was the movie he became famous for, though he had a prominent role in Raging Bull ten years prior.

The skin thins as you get older, R67. That makes alterations, removal of cartilage, more noticeable.

The end of Bobby Sherman's nose looks so sculptured, I'm sure he had a nose job.

Sting, Steve Tyler, Tom Jones - surprising how many singers get nose jobs considering how it can change voice timbre.

George Benson, who definitely was NOT happy about Wynton Marsalis calling him out for it.

I think that's a myth, R72. NONE of those singers or any others lost vocal quality after nose surgery.

Famous MEN that got BLOW jobs from men?

A number of these men have not had rhinoplasties. Lighting can make a nose look different. And yes, R67, nose cartilage can shrink, and skin on top of the nose also loses volume and becomes thinner as we age, revealing more of the underlying structure. If a lot of cartilage was removed at the tip, the nose will look more pinched after this shrinkage resulting in alar retraction, where the nostrils get larger as the tissue shrinks back. This happened to me. I had a rhinoplasty in my mid-twenties, and the doctor removed a significant amount of cartilage. It looked great for about 15 years. By my late forties, however, my nose looked crooked and overdone. I had a revision rhinoplasty. The surgeon used cartilage from behind my left ear to build up the tip with grafts.

R39 I don't think so. In the recent autobiography there are pictures of him going back to childhood and his nose pretty much looks the same. Here he is around 18 years old.

Not exactly a nose job, but Bob Hope smashed his face to pulp in an accident in his teens. It was completely rebuilt, including that pretty terrible nose that looked like a ski jump, but he used it to his advantage.
