Chef: Cooking or Nah?
So here's Riccardo Menicucci. He's from Food Network's Spring Baking Championship; Season 5 - 2017. He was eliminated in episode 7, which means he missed the finale by one. So, 4th place. Again, it's from 2017 for mustache context.

He's currently the exec pastry chef at the Beverly-Wilshire hotel in Beverly Hills. When on the Baking Championship he was out of San Francisco but he's born and raised in Italy. That mustache (in 2017) and going to SF from Italy might give a ping - and there's no sign of a SO woman on his instagram. It's just him and the boys. Also per his instagram he's into Harleys and Punk-ish Rock.

Incredibly hot! That nude pic on his IG is smokin’. I noticed in recent pics he seems to have lost the mustache, for me personally this takes him down a notch.
Also, doesn’t strike me as gay even though there are no women in his pics. Could be wrong though!

Sometimes really, really pretty men are worried people only like them because they're pretty, and so they make themselves ugly to test if people still like them.
That explains both his mustache and the boxing career and subsequent plastic surgery of Mickey Rourke.
Women do not seem to have this problem, for some reason.
