My friend had a restaurant in Ogunquit, Maine. One summer about 15 years ago Lorenzo Lamas ate there and when he finished his meal he left without paying.

Not exactly thrilling info here, but last time I was in LA I met a woman who'd just taken some kind of touristy helicopter ride; then noticed that the pilot was Lorenzo Lamas. That seems to be what he's doing now.

He posed nude around the time he appeared in Grease and his father freaked out when Lorenzo told him and his dad ended up paying the photographer an enormous amount of money to have the photos and negatives destroyed.

Too bad! Those nudes might have been worth lot now and could have helped with his money problems!

For R11 R12 and anyone who has seen LL lately: What does he look like in person now? Bad plastic surgery, aging, or still hot? Did the person who rode in the helicopter with him say if he still looked good? And was he nice in person?

He's already in this 60s! Time flies.

I used to eat at The Hamlet on Sunset a lot, and would see Lorenzo and Esther Williams together. One night he was wearing a wife-beater and ripped cut-off Levis. Woof!

He addressed that in an interview years ago. Said he was finished shooting for the day and went back to his dressing room where he and some buddies did some lines of coke. Right after that, show discovered there was a problem with one of the cameras and called him back to the set for a reshoot. Scene was with Jane Wyman who could tell by his eyes that he was coked up. She chewed him out.

He starred in the syndicated series Renegade in the mid 90s. Has said that many of his money problems came because the show didn't pay him everything that his contract called for. Apparently some profit sharing deal written into the contract -- took a lower upfront salary in exchange for share of the profits on the back end. He had to sue for the money he was owed. Not sure how much of it he ever got.

I mean he has six kids so...that's expensive.

But he was the ONLY actor in all 200 Plus episodes of Falcon Crest. Those seasons use to run 25 plus episodes a year.

If I landed something like that I'd get a cheap studio or one bedroom condo and hire a financial planner.

I don’t know if there was much profit sharing to be had with renegade. It was a syndicated show that ran little if ever after its first run shows ended. Even falcon crest didn’t really take off in syndication.

r10 He was doing "The King and I" at the Ogunquit playhouse. Worked out every day at the Meadowmere gym, where he showered after. Good looking, droopy ass, very fond of himself.

Truth here - I know a guy (an aggressive blower of "straight" guys, under cover of shooting-and-set massage. And Lorenzo was an enthusiastic recipient of one of the muscle-fatigue specials.

Too bad he inherited his father's toothy-sneer mouth and a face that always begged for a slap, even when in apparent repose.
