Will the elder gays be watching The Ten Commandments or Easter Parade again? Will the anti-semites pop in The Passion of the Christ? Will Rooney Mara stans watch Mary Magdalene for the dozenth time?
Which Easter Movie Will You Be Watching This Weekend?

Dawson's 150 Hard Boiled Egg Weekend.
The Ingmar Bergman version with director's commentary, not the Treasure Island media version with featurette explaining why the had to use the hard rubber "boiled eggs" because the real ones just turned to mush.

I read that Audrey Hepburn and Vivien Leigh were considered for Anne Baxter's role in The Ten Commandments. Imagine!

It's actually a TV mini-series but my favorite Easter film is "Jesus Of Nazareth".
I enjoyed the evocative Maurice Jarre theme music and looking into the blue depths of Robert Powell's eyes.
