Where’s Anthony Recker? (Anti-vaxxer)

WHERE’S RECKER?
John Smoltz is no longer with the MLB Network because he declined to get vaccinated for COVID-19. Paul O’Neill won’t get vaccinated either but he still works YES telecasts from his Ohio home.
Could Anthony Recker, who frequently appears on SNY’s “Baseball Night in New York” and the Mets pre and postgame shows be following his brother analysts’ No-Jab policy? Could he too have declined to get vaccinated?
Recker, the former Mets catcher, has not been seen on either show in a month. And the commercials for SNY’s Mets studio shows now feature regulars Gary Apple, Todd Zeile and newbie, former Mets reliever, Jerry Blevins.
Recker is nowhere to be found. As evidenced on his BNNY appearances, Recker can sometimes be stubborn and strong-willed. Perhaps he’s taking some sort of stand (we call it Going Kyrie) on this vaccination situation. A stand that may have cost him his gig.

This is the second time he’s been “suspended” from his job. This time it may be permanent. He was out for several weeks the first time. He called a game in a separate “non-vaccinated” both from his colleagues last season. This could’ve been a great career for him, but he’s squandering it. Not thinking about his own long-term well-being or that of his family.

One of his kids is autistic, so perhaps his wife and him believe (wrongly and misguidedly) in some sort of link between autism and vaccines. Neither he nor his wife appear very bright, so this supposed link may be the cause of his anti-vaccine stance. His wife also appears to be Christian evangelical, while he appears to be traditional working-class Catholic.

Speaking of NBA players, Anthony Recker was one of the few pro athletes that supported Jason Collins when he came our. He also avowed certain liberal or progressive positions. I wonder what caused him to change and become an anti-vaxxer. Was it really his son’s autism?

I'm afraid I broke up Anthony and his wife. He got so addicted to my tongue up his ass (which she won't do), that he moved his stuff into my house. Right now I have his cock up my ass as I type.
