I don’t see a scar. According to Wikipedia, she is only 47. She looks good, but older than that by Celebrity standards. She isn’t even getting Botox, much less a facelift. And her face is full, helped by her relative beefiness. She doesn’t need fillers. She might be the only actress over 35 who can plausibly claim NOT to have done anything to her face.
If there is a scar that I can’t make out on my phone screen, I’m guessing it’s from a minor accident or having a mole removed or something.

If you zoom in really close there's a little red spot at the top right of her ear, which I guess is what OP thinks is a visible scar. Otherwise, I see nothing.
