Young PRETTY Antony Starr
I posted before about Xena reruns on SyFy in the mornings - Well an episode from '96 has a familiar face... VERY PRETTY and familiar but I couldn't place him.
But then it came to me. It's Antony Starr - who I only really know from the current violent superhero show The Boys. And boy-oh-boy was he a pretty young man.
Makes sense because Xena was filmed in New Zealand and they recruited many one-off actors from NZ and Australia, and Starr is a Kiwi.
He played "David" - like the actual Christian Biblical David. In the show his character wrote poems about "God" and then slayed Goliath, which was bittersweet because Goliath, while he was a big bully, was being forced to be the protector of a baddie clan. It was kind of fun having the show blend their normal Greek Mythology with Christian Mythology.

He was and still is a very handsome man.
I've kind of admired the fact that he did not get ridiculously buff (as most actors would have) for "The Boys," even though i know that would make more guys here find him hot, but since the Homelander costume is completely covering of his from the neck down it would have been pretentious had he does it. He's got a nice normal body, but he didn't feel he had to give in completely to body dysmorphia to play the role (the way Kumail Nanjiani or Christian Bale did to play superheroes--or JK Simmons did just to play Commissioner Gordon!).
