Regarding the Hurricane Ian damage - how did this happen, technically? That mansion is above sea level and the damage is water damage to high ceilings. Did the roof blow off? Is it all shoddy construction? It looks like all those ornate ceilings were just applied to bare cement. That can't be the way to do it.
