I worked for a Property Management Company. Deadbeat renters are the worst. They always have a FUCK YOU attitude--when they won't pay their bills. I once had a tenant rip up an eviction notice and throw it in my face. And when you are a tenant you can literally STEAL anything in the house and not get arrested. We once had a tenant have a garage sale before moving out and he he sold the appliances, the fixtures, the exterior storm doors, even the track lighting. That place was stripped bare. And the cops said it was a "civil matter".

When he's been challenged over money in the past he's just bluffed his way through and nothing has changed.

I'm from LA and know the real estate. What I am trying to figure out is where this house is. It has to be somewhere in the valley because a house like that in the Hollywood Hills would easily rent for 20K a month if not 30K+/month. He must be getting some kind of a deal on the rental price otherwise he's only be behind 2, maybe 3 months max.

People who want to appear richer than they are or LA is not their primary home (in town working on a project) are the types of people who rent houses like that. Plus that custom Vuitton bed - he must have made a lot of money and spent it all.
