Cody is one of the only instructors who routinely stops pedaling. I’ve had a Peloton for six years and have never once stopped moving my legs in a ride, but he does so in almost every one of of his classes. It’s annoying when you’re in the middle of a big push and he’s supposed to be right there alongside you.
