Why can't they do the same to remove the breasts from Transmen?
Most seem to have such horrific scarring. They could remove the nipple, go under the arm and then put the nipple back in the correct place once the excess skin is trimmed, the opposte of a boob job.

It is a far more involved procedure to dig real breasts out with a grapefruit spoon than to simply slip a bag full of silicone in.

Because they are not just removing a bag of liquid, but an entire functional gland with fat deposits and full irrigation. Even once you remove implants need a more invasive method because of the connective tissue. But anyone with basic biology knowledge knows that, you just want another FTM thread.
