Attorneys working on behalf of Talley’s estate and for Malkemus’ estate and Anthony Yurgaitis agreed to a confidential settlement on 4 March 2022. The case was discontinued in the Supreme Court of the state of New York’s Westchester County without costs to either the plaintiff or defendants, aside from legal fees.

Thing to watch now is deed to that property. If it is transferred to estate of ALT, then widower Yurgaitis "sold" or otherwise gave up the place. OTOH if no such change happens, then property likely remains with current owners.
This and or watch to see when (not if) property is sold and by whom.
