Poor little bugger. He’s cute.
I know a child who had that silvery wild hair. It didn’t stick straight up like that, but it was like a thatched roof. He was also a very cute little toddler. His mother did say something about the shape of the hair being triangular. And it wasn’t called “UHS”. He outgrew it.
