The pandemic, OP, put everything and everyone on hold.

R5 is a liar. Very much alive, unfortunately married and apparently straight. I loved his emotionality in OP’s video.

Julian Ovenden is straight? Oh. My. God. I had no idea... honestly, I thought he was gay, but that is obviously just my overactive imagination.
Are there any nudes from his stage work? (please, oh please, oh please).
I loved him on Foyle's War, but that character proved to be a shallow cad.

He was fantastic (and almost nude) in the Michel Legrand musical Marguerite. I saw it three times because of him (and Ruthie Henshall). Beautiful score.

R10. Marguerite is my second favorite nazi collaborator musical. The first is Coco.

He briefly appeared on Downton Abbey as one of Mary’s post-Matthew suitors. She was taking over the estate management and he was a government advisor and came to talk to her about pigs or something. They had great chemistry and then it turned out he was heir to a dukedom and rich. Of course. He must have had something better lined up because he suddenly disappeared and then that wet Tony Gillingham came back.

Crap, I just assumed he was one of those out West End gays.

Remember the doomed pilot who was in love with him on Foyle’s War? Tragic Gay drama at its finest!

He played an actor playing JFK in Bombshell on Smash. Had a forgettable duet with McPhee.
