He did an interview on NPR (maybe Fresh Air) when Spamalot was first on Broadway and he talked so pretentiously about his singing voice that I no longer could see him as anything but a gigantically pompous ass.
I think the attached is the interview, but I'm not listening to it again.

Awesome, maybe. But not awful. Why would anyone not like Tim Curry??!! If he had done nothing but Frank-N-Furter, he would still be a gay treasure. He's done so much more than that, though. He's fantastic. Why the hate, OP?
