Never heard of them. But they’re cute. Frankly, the explanation “growing in different directions” sounds to me like one of them wanted to be in an open relationship and the other didn’t. So many guys are never satisfied with what they have, which is sad.

I like Josh but his lifestyle is not for everyone. He’s constantly buying new properties and completely rebuilding them and moving into temporary homes and moving again. He’s hanging out with Candy Spelling and other posh types. These high-end real estate agents always have to be out there meeting and ingratiating themselves with the rich. (My worst nightmare.) And he’s doing most of it on TV and social media.
I recall Jeff Lewis mentioning a big, fancy dinner party Josh threw a while back for everyone from Adrienne Maloof to Dr Drew and… Bobby didn’t attend. Josh said he just didn’t want to and instead had holed up in a fancy hotel. It was quite odd… not that I blamed him.
