Kidman is fine when she is playing chilly reserved ice queens. She was great in The Others and To Die For. The problem is that the powers that be seemed determined to cast her in roles that do NOT suit her. It's become absurd. It's like she's the first number in everyone's contacts.

I think Nicole can be a terrific actress. I just hate that she messes with her face. She's like Madonna in that she is persistent and consistent in getting new procedures or touch-ups. It really affects her acting. She was terrific in Rabbit Hole but there was a key sequence where a close-up of Kidman was required and all I could focus on was her fillers and Botox which hadn't settled when they filmed this important scene. It undermined an important dramatic moment.

I think she's really bad, a blank nothing and everything she's in basically flops.
