Bottom looking for new top. Madison giggles.
That Bobby guy was just too pretty for Flagg. Not surprised.

I'm not surprised. Anyone who has watched the show knows Bobby wants kids and Josh has been very anti-kids.

Terrible photoshopped photo, they’d be better off using a painting.

R4 Link doesn’t open for those of us who aren’t on IG.

[quote]Sources also say that Flagg might be dating someone new at the moment.
Lord, he couldn’t keep his bussy closed for 5 minutes, could he?
by Anonymous | reply 6 | March 5, 2022 6:09 AM |
Which is which? And jesus fucking christ, agreeing on whether or not to have kids is super fucking basic. If you can't do that, you have no business getting married.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | March 5, 2022 7:08 AM |
People LOVE announcing their divorce on social media. It gives the same ego boost and attention which made them get married in the first place.

Josh is a twerp. He's cocky but also knows he's not all that. He reeks of insecurity.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | March 5, 2022 7:30 AM |
Isn't the whole thing a fake plot point for the reality TV show? I always assume it's like a bearding arrangement. At the very least, I figured the wedding was fake, if not the relationship.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | March 5, 2022 7:42 AM |
That was not a fake wedding. Over a million bucks at The Beverly Hills Hotel, and Josh paid.
Hopefully, ugly Josh and "I wear skin tight clothes" had a prenup. Bobby gets all the gaudy jewelry and a one bedroom condo in WeHo

He told Alison Martino the wedding, honeymoon and jewelry for Bobby (Rolex, Cartier bracelets, etc ) was over $1 million.
Josh should have kept getting fucked by randos in the Circus of Books parking lot- where he was arrested, or someplace similar.

Of all the places for him to get married, he chose a place owned by the anti-gay Sultan of Brunei?
Wow, he’s a bigger idiotic piece of shit than I thought.

I'm sure the wedding costs were declared as a business expense on Josh's tax form. It's all about showing wealth and success to attract wealth and success.

Never heard that before. More details please.

[quote]Gossip juggernaut TMZ is reporting that young and cocky Beverly Hills real estate agent Josh Flagg was arrested for allegedly stealing paintings from high end homes he listed for sale. Not just any paintings children, but Chagalls and Picassos.
[quote]Twenty five year old Mister Flagg, who will be featured on the Bravo’s upcoming season of Million Dollar Listing, has reportedly been released on $100,000 bail.
That's from 2008.
I've never seen any of Josh's reality shows. I only know of the couple because of podcasts and interviews they've done that I've listened to. Josh is an asshole who people have given a pass to because he's kinda rich and kinda famous. Bobby seems like a nice guy. He had a successful career as a real estate agent before he met Josh and came from humble beginnings. In one interview he did seem bothered that some people thought he was living off of Josh. What people didn't know was that early on Josh was living at Bobby's place, not the other way around.

How could anyone live at the Beverly Hills Hotel full time with that banana leaf wallpaper? A weekend fine, but week after week it would wear on my last nerve.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | March 5, 2022 1:53 PM |
His nasal voice is just terrible.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | March 5, 2022 1:54 PM |
Bobby, successful? 😂😂😂
by Anonymous | reply 20 | March 5, 2022 3:20 PM |
The wallpaper isn't in the rooms- whichever dolt above commented. It is a fabulous hotel- and the Polo Lounge is reason enough to stay.

Bobby's lost his lobster.

Bobby! Bobby baby! Bubbi! Robert! robby! Robbo!
by Anonymous | reply 23 | March 6, 2022 8:16 AM |
Who is Bobby's replacement?

All of this confirms my stance that RE agents and brokers are paid far too much money for doing so little.

Josh has a YouTube channel where he interviews D-list celebs, and he is a terrible interviewer.

For real...when will realty finally get 'disrupted'??? They don't deserve 6%.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | June 5, 2022 9:58 AM |
R27 They don't get 6% The standard is 5%. That 5% is split between the broker and the agent. Technically, the agent gets 2.5%.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | June 7, 2022 1:05 PM |
Not to mention all the tipping that's expected, the home inspector, escrow office, insurance broker...
by Anonymous | reply 29 | June 7, 2022 1:11 PM |
Josh seems absolutely exhausting. How can ANYONE stand him? Oh, his money and celebrity.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | June 7, 2022 1:12 PM |
OK R28. 5% is too fucking much. Are you happy now? These agents also do their very best to get owners to list at below value so they earn a commission faster. I had an agent lowball my property at 1.1M when it sold in one day for 1.5. Surprise!
by Anonymous | reply 31 | June 7, 2022 9:41 PM |
R31 You seem desperate for attention to try and make a thread all about you. Weird.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | June 7, 2022 9:47 PM |
Oh, and I still had to pay a 75K fee to the agents. One day. 75K. NO advertising costs. No open houses, no waiting around, fielding calls or other prospective buyers. You do the math.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | June 7, 2022 9:48 PM |
Yes, yes, it's all about me. Never mind Josh and his bloated lifestyle. Go ahead Josh, make it about you from here on. Tell us all about your money, cars, homes, and possessions. Can't wait, bro.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | June 7, 2022 9:52 PM |
