I think the only thing that truly worked was staying at home and.or social distancing.

I just came back from being at Disney World, where almost everyone was maskless, crammed together to “fill in all available space”. It does make the line-up of kids in masks just for show look silly.

In the past two years I’ve taken 2 international flights, and I’ve flown halfway across the country. I regularly eat at restaurants, attend events/gatherings, and movies. Is this a glass half full/half empty kind of thing? The Three-Fifths Compromise prevented slave states from counting the total number of slaves, which was the alternative, in determining the number of representatives each of those states would have. Frederick Douglass said, “It is a downright disability laid upon the slaveholding States; one which deprives those States of two-fifths of their natural basis of representation.”
