I need to make more money

And I just can't work anymore. I'm working as many hours as I can get at my job and by the end of the day my body is so sore and I'm so tired I can't even think about doing another job somewhere else.

How do these people who say they have three jobs do it?

I'm pushing 50 and everything hurts. I have insomnia so I'm always tired. Because of my acid reflux I can't eat a decent meal.

But I have bills to pay. I can't even treat myself every now and then because I live on a really tight budget.

I just can't figure things out anymore.

by Anonymousreply 149May 6, 2022 10:42 PM

What do you do, OP?

by Anonymousreply 1March 1, 2022 11:58 PM

Work in a grocery store warehouse.

by Anonymousreply 2March 2, 2022 12:00 AM

Can you whore that tired old mussy out?

by Anonymousreply 3March 2, 2022 12:03 AM

How much are you looking to make per hour? Can you do a work from home customer service type job? What else are you qualified to do, any management experience?

by Anonymousreply 4March 2, 2022 12:04 AM

Target is paying up to $24 an hour.

by Anonymousreply 5March 2, 2022 12:05 AM

Where do you live, OP? In a dreary place?

by Anonymousreply 6March 2, 2022 12:05 AM

OP, working in a warehouse sounds like hard manual labor. No wonder you're worn out.

How are your office skills? Do you know Word, Excel, etc? If you don't, take a class - they're user-friendly and fairly easy to learn. You need an office job that's a lot less taxing, and I would start looking yesterday.

If you think you're in bad shape now, wait another 10 years and see how much worse you feel.

Good luck!

by Anonymousreply 7March 2, 2022 12:07 AM

[quote] Can you whore that tired old mussy out?

R3, at age 50, OP is better off whoring out his cock. There is actual demand for older tops if they are decent sized.

Is that something you would be interested in, OP?

by Anonymousreply 8March 2, 2022 12:08 AM

Why do you think OP's a top, because he works in a warehouse?

by Anonymousreply 9March 2, 2022 12:23 AM

I agree with R4, OP. I realize you're tired when you get home from your current job but if you could learn a few office skills online, it would open up new job options. AND you wouldn't have to do the physically taxing warehouse work.

by Anonymousreply 10March 2, 2022 12:24 AM

You rarely see older people working in places like Starbuck's.

by Anonymousreply 11March 2, 2022 12:27 AM

oops, no apostrophe in Starbucks....I've never written it before.

by Anonymousreply 12March 2, 2022 12:28 AM

Would you make more $ as an Amazon delivery driver?

by Anonymousreply 13March 2, 2022 12:30 AM

OP: Google "Rat Race Rebellion" please. It is a website with a lot of online jobs. These jobs are vetted for spam honestly. You might be able to get in on a little something. I'm linking to it for you but feel free to Google it if you don't trust me or something.

Also, public libraries have a ton of resources which pertain to improving (no offense) ones skills with Microsoft Office and such for free, work the person doing the class for a reference in whatever sorta way and you're golden. There is also the Only Fans option of presenting hole or just plainly and simply walking the track like you just that broke (I'm trying to make you giggle a wee bit, just a wee bit if it is all just the same). Me personally, I'd play things up with tweaking your resume for an honest and legit online job and playing things up at the library.

Warehouse work could very well be automated sooner rather than later. Screw it and do you, OP.

Try to see if there are similar jobs in your area that pay more.

[quote]Would you make more $ as an Amazon delivery driver?

They're bastards to work for. What else don't you know?

by Anonymousreply 16March 2, 2022 12:32 AM

Maybe get a GED if you don't have one so you can qualify for better jobs

Do you have a criminal record? is that why you can't find better jobs?

by Anonymousreply 17March 2, 2022 12:34 AM

Are you eligible for some disability insurance? Do you have a partner who can support you? If not, try to get one.

by Anonymousreply 18March 2, 2022 12:34 AM

A friend's friend got priced out of NYC and moved to Ohio to be an amazon driver, he was from Belgium. This was before the pandemic

by Anonymousreply 19March 2, 2022 12:35 AM

i feel very bad for you OP. I wish you good luck in finding a better job.

by Anonymousreply 20March 2, 2022 12:36 AM

I guess if you're pushing 50, OP, then getting "an" OnlyFans is probably out of the question.

Seriously, though, good luck.

by Anonymousreply 21March 2, 2022 12:39 AM

I tried doing some night classes to get some kind of management training but the reality around here is they only hire young people for management positions.

As far as working somewhere else, I've looked around and it seems no one is looking to hire a 50 year old man. I'm not surprised by that because my own company avoids hiring older people. My own BIL who's in charge of hiring where he works said it would be "very difficult" to place me within the company.

I'm embarrassed to say this but I'm not very good with technology and thinking about trying to train for computer skills worries me.

My nephew is 26 and he's a welder. He makes $60k a year after taxes. Oddly enough I was the one who told him to learn a skilled trade. I wish someone had tole me that 30 years ago.

I think if I had a week off I could do a better job of looking into my own future and career prospects, but I've been with this company for so many years I'm genuinely afraid to go to a new job. My fear of becoming an unemployed 50 year old keeps me where I am.

by Anonymousreply 22March 2, 2022 12:39 AM

yes, it's true, they don't hire people over 40...yet alone 50!!!

It sucks big time...unless you have a really unique skill, you won't find much if you're over 50. they probably just throw your resume away.

by Anonymousreply 23March 2, 2022 12:42 AM

I see older workers in Home Depot. they are hiring.

by Anonymousreply 24March 2, 2022 12:42 AM

by Anonymousreply 27March 2, 2022 12:47 AM

OP, you don't say where you're from, or what region, or why your options are so limited. I'm 58, I do online auctions, buy low, sell high, as long as I double my money or better per item, I do alright. I have not worked for another employer for more than 15+ years, I own my home, it's paid in full and clear, so no mortgage.. Find a niche interest area in online auctions you are familiar with, you'll do better. Everyone is near a post office to ship.. Or try Uber/Lift driver. Massage therapy class program. Also, 50+ should look into your local Council on Aging, they have career training programs. Try being an adult sitter or companion, it pays $15/hrs average, no exp needed, they train you,, but they do a background check. Google it in your area. 1000s of ways to make money in America nowadays, you don't have to break your back buddy. I wish you luck. :-)

What about working somewhere where you are young? I am just thinking outloud, but I think in a nursing home (not doing the care side, but front desk work, security, etc), or AAA, or AARP (not joking- I mean it for real)- they must have customer service and as much as you feel technologically out of it- can you imagine being 70 and trying to figure it out? Hospital customer service? I would think a lot of them quit recently

by Anonymousreply 30March 2, 2022 12:48 AM

Can you start your own business doing something? Teaching a musical instrument? A foreign language? Tutoring school kids? If you have a talent or skill, try to use it so you can work for yourself. Maybe you can keep your current job for benefits and do your own thing on the side until it takes off.

by Anonymousreply 32March 2, 2022 12:49 AM

Can you move internally? If you have put in time at that job can they move you somewhere where you do not do manual labor? I wouldn't phrase it like that but where you could do customer service, interact with customers etc.

by Anonymousreply 33March 2, 2022 12:50 AM

I've actually looked into that R32. My cousin is a lift operator but when I ask him about it he's rally cagey and won't answer my questions. It's like he thinks I might take his job.

by Anonymousreply 34March 2, 2022 12:52 AM

R28, do you use ebay? I recently inherited a bunch of things from a dead aunt and I want to sell them, would you recommend ebay? anything I should look out for? I'm afraid about being scammed, that people will say the item never arrived or wasn't right etc and you get screwed with payments etc.

by Anonymousreply 35March 2, 2022 12:54 AM

R28 what do you sell?

by Anonymousreply 36March 2, 2022 12:54 AM

by Anonymousreply 37March 2, 2022 12:56 AM

I think I started this thread out of frustration.

I managed to save some money and I've had so many big bills over the last three months that I watched my account dwindle. It's really depressing.

by Anonymousreply 38March 2, 2022 12:56 AM

I know you say you’re too tired to take on another job but look into doing elder care and look on Care.com.

My bf pays a lady $25/hour to socialize with his mom, make lunch which they have together and tidy up. Apparently there is a shortage of male home care givers and they are in high demand for men with mobility issues. If you can pick up a few hours a week you could make a couple hundred dollars cash and still keep your other job and benefits.

by Anonymousreply 39March 2, 2022 12:57 AM

Yes, what R39 said- very, very true

by Anonymousreply 40March 2, 2022 12:58 AM

you are not alone OP, many people are hurting moneywise...we all watched our retirement accounts take a big hit due to that cunt Putin, everything is going up in price...we all need to make more money.

by Anonymousreply 41March 2, 2022 12:58 AM

You know what I'd do if I were you, if you're a caring type - work for old people - I know these people have had a hellish time these past 2 years, but look into it. Especially if you can drive.

by Anonymousreply 42March 2, 2022 12:59 AM

Sorry. R39 - didn't see your post

by Anonymousreply 43March 2, 2022 12:59 AM

Ebay, Etsy, also Craigslist postings for cash, anything like a flea market for cash money...I do specific Movie entertainment collectibles, I have sold to Sesame Street workshop artists on Broadway, Disney animators in CA, but you have to find your niche market as a seller, if you're all over the map, you may not make as much money. People also do Goodwill thrift store type items and online auction them, it's on YouTube...

by Anonymousreply 44March 2, 2022 1:01 AM

OP the fact that your cousin is so cagey and protective means it's probably a good gig, you should go for it.

by Anonymousreply 45March 2, 2022 1:04 AM

So many people out there sweeping the thrift stores. Knowing nothing you'll buy the dregs that look good to you but won't sell. Great way to waste time and money.

by Anonymousreply 46March 2, 2022 1:06 AM

Thrift stores may not be that great, depending on the area and I've read reports that the employees keep the good stuff for themselves...

I've checked out the goodwill in my area while dropping off donations and the clothing were terrible shape and I can't imagine why anyone would buy that shit.

by Anonymousreply 47March 2, 2022 1:09 AM

Save yourself some money.

Next time you go to the drugstore, bring a big bag, put shampoos, shaving cream, lotions whatever you need, and then just walk out. make sure you take a few months' worth of stuff. If you live in a blue state, they ain't gonna do nothing to you. good luck!

by Anonymousreply 48March 2, 2022 1:24 AM

Has anyone mentioned taking care of elder people, selling shit on EBay, prostitution, working from home, or OnlyFans?

by Anonymousreply 49March 2, 2022 1:32 AM

Reinvent yourself; open a small business, seriously.

by Anonymousreply 50March 2, 2022 1:34 AM

Agree that you should look into forklift operator. Forget your cousin. Don't even mention it to him anymore. He might try to sabotage you. Find out about it via independent sources.

[quote] by the end of the day my body is so sore and I'm so tired

This is a big issue. You have got to take better care of yourself (see a physical therapist if necessary - it helped me). All the treats that extra money can buy will not make up for a broken body and mind.

by Anonymousreply 52March 2, 2022 1:41 AM

OP can you make a Sprite can disappear? How about a progresso soup can? I’m sure there is an OnlyFans opportunities for eldergays who can power bottom canned goods

by Anonymousreply 53March 2, 2022 1:41 AM

R47 Most of the donated clothing is either sent overseas -- it's a huge business -- or shredded and recycled in some way.

by Anonymousreply 54March 2, 2022 1:45 AM

OP. Regarding your acid reflux that is causing you not to eat properly is most likely the result of insufficient acid in your stomach. People take things like anti-acids when they have heartburn or acid reflux, but that simply temporarily suppresses the symptoms and makes the problem continue indefinitely. Apple cider vinegar is a natural option and beneficial for those suffering with acid reflux. Add one teaspoon to a glass of warm water, or add a teaspoon to a salad. Have it at least once a day. You should notice improvement of your symptoms in just a few days.

Also, try not to have a large meal for dinner. Breakfast and lunch should be your bigger meals of the day. Eat a relatively light dinner and avoid snacks or sweets at night. That should also help you sleep better. As you get older carbs later int he day affect your ability to sleep normal.

See the attached 6 minute video clip by Dr Eric Berg on acid reflux, what causes it and how to minimize it.

OP, there are some good nuggets of advice here (along with the turds).

I live in a retirement area chock full of older people who are on their second, third and fourth careers and thriving. It can be done and it's done all the time.

50 is not that old in today's world. The posters here telling you you're unemployable are full of it.

Do some research. Pinpoint what you REALLY want to do and then do it.

by Anonymousreply 56March 2, 2022 7:17 AM

Take my advice OP and don't become a fork lifter.

by Anonymousreply 57March 2, 2022 7:25 AM

OP, take some time for yourself, and reassess the priorities in your life. Do what you Love, and find a way to make money doing it. That's what I do. I'm 58, I'm the online auction trader, own my home and several modest rental properties, and an LMT for Men Only. I'm having the best time doing what I love, fuck all the negative naysayers, they're a distraction, you need to cut off all the distractions in your life as well, they only hold you back. Anyway, good luck good buddy. PS I'm thinking OnlyFans here at some point, but who pays to see a 58 yo?

by Anonymousreply 58March 2, 2022 1:34 PM

Google says the average OnlyFans account makes about $180 per month ...

by Anonymousreply 59March 2, 2022 1:45 PM

I would definitely get that certificate for the fork lift OP. After that, maybe look into moving to a cheaper state with less taxes. With your cert, I'm sure you can easily find work

Good luck.

by Anonymousreply 62March 2, 2022 11:02 PM

by Anonymousreply 63March 2, 2022 11:05 PM

Depending on your living arrangement, have you considered roommate(s)? I know it's definitely not for everyone, but if it could give you more financial flexibility, it may be worth looking into. Just background check, verify, etc. & trust your gut.

by Anonymousreply 64March 2, 2022 11:20 PM

You need a new job ASAP. If you're struggling now, I can't imagine this will get better as you age. What about retirement? I'm worried for you!

by Anonymousreply 65March 2, 2022 11:26 PM

Pet sitting? Dog walking?

Insta Cart? Shipt (they do Target's deliveries and other stores too)?

by Anonymousreply 66March 2, 2022 11:27 PM

Being depressed can wear you down- your aches and pains might not all be physical. This is such a shitty terrible time no matter your financial situation, and then you add taking care of the big bills and it make you feel worse. But you're taking care of them, you'll get out from under that. Spring will come and things will get better - I promise you. Just know that it might not be only your body, but maybe your spirit needs a lift. I'm going to try and send you put some good luck into the universe and hope it finds you, OP.

by Anonymousreply 67March 2, 2022 11:29 PM

Check to see if your local library has career counseling.

by Anonymousreply 68March 2, 2022 11:30 PM

OP didn't say he was lovelorn, or seeking dating tips, and even if he had, I doubt he'd be interested in your saggy, octogenerian ass, R62.

by Anonymousreply 69March 2, 2022 11:32 PM

State legislature jobs. The legislatures are usually only in session for X months per year. I've done it, 2 sessions. After session ends, you can file for unemployment and COBRA. The jobs are not physically taxing. Some of the jobs are not even mentally taxing.

Pay was low, though. But it will buy you some time and give your body some rest.

I definitely learned a LOT about how legislatures work. It really is like high school or Survivor, who you get along with, who you have alliances with (voting yes on each others' bills). Who gets pushed up into leadership positions (it's not necessarily the smartest person). How lobbyists work.

by Anonymousreply 70March 2, 2022 11:34 PM

by Anonymousreply 72March 2, 2022 11:41 PM

Can you pass a drug test, OP? Are you compassionate? The department of disabilities is always hiring for staff at day programs and group homes for people with severe autism. You can make good money, benefits, and it’s a domestic type situation where there’s lots of downtime off your feet.

You’re putting yourself through unnecessary physical stress at your age.

by Anonymousreply 73March 2, 2022 11:46 PM

Op I am your cheerleader tonight even though we do not know each other. You can do whatever you want to do. Fear of the unknown is all smoke. OP have you considered getting a Notary license? I don't think you could make an entire living off of it but you could charge to notarize documents, it's easy extra money. You have to take a pretty simple test which you can take a short class to learn, and there's a nominal fee to keep your license up but so many people need notarized documents for basic paperwork.

by Anonymousreply 85March 3, 2022 8:18 PM

I'm sorry OP. Sounds hard. For some bandaid attention - try to get prescription for Ritalin Adderall etc. But you have to take it when you wake up so you don't further wreck your sleep. I was fading in my 50s and it really helped for several years until my job got a bit easier with a change of management.

Lots pf great comments and ideas here. Thank you Datalounge!

I forgot to mention I live in Ontario, Canada so some of these won't work for me.

To be a notary in Ontario you have to be a lawyer or a paralegal or "work at a registered Ontario business or organization that requires commissioner services as part of its regular business"

That's the problem with Canada; so many rules, regs and red tape interfering with the average person doing something to help themselves improve their income.

by Anonymousreply 91March 4, 2022 12:53 AM

They don't care how old you are , if you can do the job, they will hire you.

OP download the nextdoor app and post on there that you are available to pet sit or whatever else you feel you could do to make some extra cash. In my experience, nextdoor tends to attract elder fraus with money - if you craft your post right - you could pick up something that could give you some extra cash.

Sending you good luck and positive energy - it makes me upset that you are so stressed and exhausted.

I have faith in you too.

by Anonymousreply 105March 6, 2022 3:10 AM

Such bad, stupid advice in this thread. You guys *know* that OP won't anything you suggest! Get real! And you all know that OP is undateable as previously mentioned.

by Anonymousreply 106March 6, 2022 4:27 AM

Threads like this aren't only for the OP but for others in similar predicaments.

by Anonymousreply 107March 6, 2022 4:45 AM

I'm in a similar situation to OP and recently discovered work from home. I'm really thankful to the person who posted the rat race rebellion site.

by Anonymousreply 108March 6, 2022 5:28 AM

I watched "the future of work". eye opening...robots and machines nd A.I. taking over...

by Anonymousreply 109March 6, 2022 1:44 PM

Did you go get your certificate yet OP?! Get started already! Time is slipping away! you're not getting any younger!

I'm just giving you a kick on your ass! Good luck OP! Don't give up!

by Anonymousreply 110March 8, 2022 11:37 PM

Several posters have suggested OP can make big money being a (top) escort. And OP has ignored their advice. So I wonder how serious he is about making money.

The acid reflux issue combined with being physically worn out at not yet 50 makes me think there may be a weight issue. Just because OP works in a warehouse doesn’t means he does a physical job, or does it well. That would also explain why the forklift relative is not encouraging.

OP , I was in a shitty job that made me miserable and when conditions deteriorated, I gained a lot of weight very quickly. So maybe I’m projecting.

50 isn’t THAT old. But 50 + no computer/office skills + no specific practical skills (plumbing, carpentry, etc.) + no college degree + significantly overweight is not good. Because the weight makes you effectively 10-20 years older. Nobody wants to train a forklift operator who is nearing physical disability.

I could be way off base, but you might want to put other things on hold and concentrate on your health/weight first. Or concentrate on your weight while doing something fun that lets you make just a small amount of extra income. If you are thinking, “oh, I’m just a big guy” or whatever, calculate your BMI (after actually weighing yourself, not guessing) and see if it falls in the obese range. I was shocked when I realized I was obese. I prioritized it and now I’m just overweight and have a better job and I’m happier.

by Anonymousreply 112March 8, 2022 11:57 PM

I just subscribed to a guy on OF in Ottawa that jerks off on his forklift.

by Anonymousreply 113March 8, 2022 11:58 PM

Hey, TSA(airport security) is hiring but do they hire over 50? You can do this job if you graduated high school.

by Anonymousreply 114March 9, 2022 4:17 AM

Why don’t you consider medical school? Even in Canada, doctors don’t do too badly. If you want something quicker, maybe go to law school. Americans are probably more litigious that Canadians, but I would imagine you’d do okay.

by Anonymousreply 115March 9, 2022 6:54 PM

Don't beat the hell out of yourself.

Though the information around you — even on datalounge... — no one is telling you the truth.

We have been living in austerity for quite while. That's the truth.

However, our "reality" and living in a society that doesn't discuss wage earning leaves us ignorant.

Try to appreciate your jobs. If you have to leave one, try to do a good turn and find someone you can almost "give" a job to.

Gas is about to hit $5 a gallon. Maybe by Friday

People are going to start getting very real, real quick about the truth of our austerity....

I get it OP. At 39, I am going back into fine dining waitering. It will net me a high five figure salary but by god is it hard work. Im not looking forward to it but my other jobs I had weren’t cutting it anymore. Its just never enough.

by Anonymousreply 118March 9, 2022 7:12 PM

Employers often use laundry lists in job ads. The realistic ones know they will have to train people the "right way" to use software. but list 1 Million kinds anyway to find a unicorn. Keep an open mind with software since no one knows everything with software.

I urge you to try free trials of software and set up fake/practice projects. During interviews, say "We used X software for simple project management/editing/etc. How do you use it?" This shows you understand different places have different methods. Also ask which skills are the most important in the position so you can train harder on it.

Some good ones with free trials and instructional vids include: MadCap Flare Asana Figma Google's G Suite including Forms and Sheets Miro Trello

good luck r118. I always appreciate a professional waiter. My favorite retired when COVID hit and is now reportedly living a very nice retired life in Boca.

R115, he is 50 years old. Do you know how many years it takes to become a doctor?

by Anonymousreply 121March 9, 2022 8:53 PM

R120 Thank You, it is nice to hear that.

by Anonymousreply 122March 9, 2022 9:09 PM

Same boat. Delivery driver and it's killing my body and isn't paying much anymore. I quit traditional office work years ago, now not sure what I will do next. I'm over 40.

by Anonymousreply 123March 9, 2022 9:33 PM

R123, If you like driving, I hear there is a shortage of truck drivers. Get your trucking license and make more $$$. good luck!

by Anonymousreply 124March 9, 2022 9:37 PM

Pet sitting to pull in some extra cash. Once you build a following you may be able to take in a roommate to cover the rent/mortgage and spend the majority of your time spending the night at the pets' houses. I know people who pay $500 for a long weekend, especially if the pets require medications.

by Anonymousreply 125March 9, 2022 9:46 PM

R118, Do you have to split your tips with the bartender? Do you pool the tips?

by Anonymousreply 126March 9, 2022 11:30 PM

Only in the busboy, r126.

by Anonymousreply 127March 9, 2022 11:34 PM

A little birdie told me that the USPS is desperately hiring right now for carrier assistants. Say goodbye to any time off though.

by Anonymousreply 128March 9, 2022 11:45 PM

What's a "carrier assistant"?

by Anonymousreply 129March 10, 2022 12:36 AM

R129, essentially probationary mail carriers who help pick up the slack for the regular full-time mailmen/people.

by Anonymousreply 130March 10, 2022 1:03 AM

R126 This particular restaurant is a pooled-tip situation and bartenders get tipped out a percentage of our sales. The staff cleans up there, some of the best money in the city. Its just a grind.

by Anonymousreply 131March 10, 2022 2:18 AM

R126 131 here. Gonna be an adjustment. I have grown accostomed to bed at 10 and awake at 5am.

Yeah, restaurant work is a grind, but it does pay the bills. I did it for 5 years. Never made tons of money, though. I did take full advantage of the employee meals, snacks, beverages (non-alcoholic).

You must look pretty good at 39 to still be waiting tables.

I do enjoy a nice fine dining experience. Right before Covid shut the restaurants down, I ate at one of the fine dining institutions in my town. White tablecloth, heated bowls and plates for hot dishes, etc. Good bread and butter. Excellent service. Courses came out one at a time for the entire table (synchronized). Server didn't ask who ordered what. They just knew where to put each person's plate.

I was overly excited and got too full, though. I had a cioppino-type dish for my entree. Delicious.

That restaurant is now closed (the one I went to before Covid). Sad.

by Anonymousreply 133March 10, 2022 2:30 AM

R27, that sounds like a real winner of a situation there.

by Anonymousreply 134March 10, 2022 11:09 PM

what's the update OP?

by Anonymousreply 135April 26, 2022 11:43 PM

If you’re a true Datalounger, you look 10+ years younger than your real age, so you shouldn’t have to worry about ageism at least.

by Anonymousreply 136April 26, 2022 11:58 PM

Carlos is great but in interviews, he comes across as 'slow' mentally. Maybe it's the language... But that's the vibe I get

Become a plasma donor OP. You can make some nice extra money and help people with life-threatening illnesses.

by Anonymousreply 138April 27, 2022 2:26 AM

Do you have a bachelor's degree OP? I am currently test scoring for 9th grade English standardized tests. They train you and give you a rubric. It's seasonal work but we go through midsummer, sometimes to August. There's several companies hiring. You just read all day and they are offering a bunch of overtime because we are short staffed.

If you’re a veteran they can help you. A lot.

R141 It's not free to anyone you leave behind. Think about who has to clean up behind you, even if they're not relatives.

Her descriptions of Meghan are comical though. Calling her glamorous and gorgeous lmfao. She didn't do a lot of real digging either. She didn't even know Meghan actually graduated with a B.S. in communications, not her infamous double major. Northwestern didn't even offer a degree in IR during her time there. Also, the AJ comparison has been discussed to death over the past few years. Sorry Della, you're late to the game there. Meghan literally copied an AJ photo shoot pose for pose in her first VF write up. TB missed a lot of details about several things that are easily researched. Not to mention her curious insistence that Meghan is beloved in the U.S.

what did you end up doing OP?

by Anonymousreply 146May 6, 2022 5:57 PM

Also, has your acid reflux and sleep issue improved? I hope you have at least looked at R55 to get some relief.

Let's re-think OF, even at your age there's people willing to pay to see anything, no matter how disturbing.

by Anonymousreply 148May 6, 2022 6:55 PM

Has anyone suggested tutoring? I knew an English as a Second Language (ESL) tutor and he made pretty good money. It's something that can be done in the evenings.

I wish you well, OP, no matter what you decide.
