Curry ketchup (Germany)

It’s near impossible to find regular ketchup, so I developed a taste for it. However, it’s also one of the rare foods an American would find too sweet for their tastes.

Sorry OP didn't explain.Brown Sauce is a sweet/savoury sauce.Same consistency as Catsup and usually offered in tandem for the same foods.Used for fried meats usually,bacon etc. and chips (fries).Tends to divide opinion.Loved and loathed.There is debate to as to the respective merits of HP or Daddies brands.

Isn't HP Brown Sauce comparable to A1 or Heinz 57 sauces? If you look at the ingredients of them, they seem to be basically the same, but not identical.

Filipino banana ketchup (aka banana sauce). It's used just like tomato ketchup and also to make their version of spaghetti.

Spain and Belgium are good at condiments

Spain: allioli, romesco, bravas sauce, 3 herb mustard, red mojo, pil pil

Belgium: mayonnaise of course and all of the sauces available at a frituur -- andalouse, ziguener, samourai, joppie, whisky
