I’ve been to Kiev multiple times, to include with a black friend who loved it. "Black and brown" people from countries like India and South Africa were getting into Poland because their countries had come to arrangements with the Polish government. The Nigerian government had not made the effort to come to an arrangement for visa waivers with the Polish government. The problem has apparently been resolved now that the Nigerian government was forced to wake up and call the Polish government and arrange a visa waiver and also come to arrangements with other countries neighbouring onto Ukraine.
