I know he claims that he started running and eating "healthier", but he looks far from healthy. The buzz cut with his sunken in face doesn't do him any favors, either.
I thought that he was a total hunk in the original "Wrong Turn", and the first few seasons of "Dexter" he was in.
It almost seems like the guy is trying to look as unattractive as he can. And so far, he's definitely winning in that department.

Probably an eating disorder. He lost a lot during Dexter and seems to have lost more since. He was chunky when he first started.
