Seriously. Being “cute” isn’t being a model, and these photos are proof of that. They’re absolutely terrible. And the fact there are people defending this… this is absurd. How about we allow models to be models and not 5’5 basics?
How the fuck is Tom Holland considered a model?
by Anonymous | reply 64 | February 21, 2022 8:03 PM |
Modelling is about followers these days
by Anonymous | reply 1 | February 20, 2022 2:58 PM |
If you think this is bad check out Victorias Secret.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | February 20, 2022 3:00 PM |
Brands, especially luxury brands, don't only use models they use "celebrity ambassadors." This tiny man has one of the most recognizable faces in the world right now.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | February 20, 2022 3:01 PM |
I would buy clothes and accessories that I saw him wearing.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | February 20, 2022 3:01 PM |
He has charisma, wears clothes beautifully, lovely young man.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | February 20, 2022 3:04 PM |
R5 lmaoooooooooooooo
by Anonymous | reply 6 | February 20, 2022 3:05 PM |
He’s average looking at best (he’s no Timothee) but he’s def an “influencer”
by Anonymous | reply 7 | February 20, 2022 3:07 PM |
R7 he truly is average. He only looks “good” when he’s half naked. But with clothes on that aren’t skin tight, he’s meh.
And no, he doesn’t wear clothes beautifully. He always looks kind of stupid in suits, opposite of Timmy.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | February 20, 2022 3:09 PM |
Because he's not 350 lbs like you are, OP.
I can smelll OP's burning jealousy from Mumbai. SAD!
by Anonymous | reply 9 | February 20, 2022 3:09 PM |
R9 grow up. It’s ok to critique and give criticism. It’s not always about “jealousy”. People who think this way have the mentality of a middle schooler.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | February 20, 2022 3:11 PM |
What size does he wear? I’d say XS
by Anonymous | reply 11 | February 20, 2022 3:11 PM |
He's sexy as fuck.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | February 20, 2022 3:13 PM |
What’s all the hate for tiny guys? Like any of you would kick him out of bed.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | February 20, 2022 3:13 PM |
R13 who is hating him? We are just saying he isn’t a MODEL. Doesn’t mean we hate him or feel he’s unattractive
by Anonymous | reply 14 | February 20, 2022 3:15 PM |
Who is "Timothee"? Sounds like a cartoon character.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | February 20, 2022 3:21 PM |
He has "waxen" features.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | February 20, 2022 3:22 PM |
[quote] What size does he wear? I’d say XS
That’s hot.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | February 20, 2022 3:29 PM |
Tom Holland is basic, as OP says. I don't understand the obsession with him at all. It's like being in love with vanilla ice cream
by Anonymous | reply 18 | February 20, 2022 3:39 PM |
I think it's perpetuating this trend we've seen over the last few years of elevating the Approachable White Man. All the schlubs, the fatties, the midgets now can get famous because they're not seen as threatening to women (thanks MeToo!). That and the whole "gende fluidity" thing (hey, let's put this attractive guy who has no problem getting women in a skirt, in a dress, in heels, modeling a purse...let's confront those pesky gender stereotypes!).
If Timothee wasn't tired of being the World's Most Desired Twink after CMBYN he'd probably do a few of these. But between the fact that he's American and appears to be straight, he steers clear.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | February 20, 2022 3:39 PM |
Even midgets buy luxury clothes sometimes, OP.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | February 20, 2022 3:41 PM |
I dont know anything about this dude other than he dates Zendaya. I dont watch any of the movies he's in. Lookswise, there are cuter white boys working at my local Walmart, which makes me scratch my head because Zendaya looks like a goddess from mythology that men would kill and have wars over. But maybe he has some acting talent 🤷🏽♂️
by Anonymous | reply 21 | February 20, 2022 3:53 PM |
Have you been living under a rock, OP? Prada loves ugly celeb men…
by Anonymous | reply 22 | February 20, 2022 4:36 PM |
R21 There are cuter girls than Zendaya working at my Wal-Mart. Not sure how and when she became a thing.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | February 20, 2022 5:01 PM |

by Anonymous | reply 24 | February 20, 2022 5:22 PM |
Tom is small except for his LONG THICK VEINY MAN COCK.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | February 20, 2022 5:33 PM |
I just wish he would do something about that left eyebrow!
by Anonymous | reply 26 | February 20, 2022 6:04 PM |
He's got a Prada bag and a bad attitude.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | February 20, 2022 6:35 PM |
He's a "model" in the same way that equally basic Levi Dylan was a model- as items of curiosity.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | February 20, 2022 6:52 PM |
[quote]Zendaya looks like a goddess from mythology that men would kill and have wars over.
Lol, sure.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | February 20, 2022 6:57 PM |
HE had a certain waifish look when he first hit the scene, but hes aging out HARD. Id kill for that bag.Yes,Im an old femme label queen from the 80's.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | February 20, 2022 8:17 PM |
Zendaya is a gorgeous girl.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | February 20, 2022 8:19 PM |
OP is exhibit a of why so many people dislike a certain type of snooty effeminate gay man. Don’t be like 0P
by Anonymous | reply 32 | February 20, 2022 8:20 PM |
His face often looks pretty minging, actually. It's the twunky little body I like.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | February 20, 2022 8:23 PM |
[quote] Lookswise, there are cuter white boys working at my local Walmart, which makes me scratch my head because Zendaya looks like a goddess from mythology that men would kill and have wars over.
Agree. Zendaya is completely out of his league based on appearance but maybe the money and fame are more important -- or maybe he's hung like a horse.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | February 20, 2022 8:25 PM |
He’s 12.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | February 20, 2022 11:46 PM |
R35 How absurd. Her face may not be everyone's ideal, but her body is perfection. Anything she wears will look fantastic.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | February 20, 2022 11:52 PM |
Zendaya is the new face of Valentino. She’s walked runways before becoming big. Shes like a designers dream to model their clothing. Perfect frame for high end modeling.

Interesting seeing BHS shooting. Wanna see the final shots.

He's aging fast. Brits age terribly and quickly.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | February 21, 2022 7:15 AM |
Anyone else think Mark Wahlberg fucked Tom Holland, post workout?
by Anonymous | reply 44 | February 21, 2022 7:23 AM |
Hollywood hypes and legitimizes one's beauty. Sure, you can see hot people in your area, and yet we look up to the stars Hollywood put on a pedestal. We buy magazines to check out the scandals and celebrities' dating life. We buy products promoted by stars, hoping some of their Hollywood success and glamour rubs off on us (or something like that).
Celebrity Culture is a commercial product, and it's all about convincing us it's so much more than what we have in our own lives.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | February 21, 2022 7:36 AM |
Model or not, it's just a terrible photo.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | February 21, 2022 7:39 AM |
Nobody thinks Tom is a "beautiful" movie star. He's a sometimes captivating and often charming star.
Nobody but a cube gay in flyoverstan who has been living under a rock expects all models to be "model attractive". Young actors of both sexes have been used as editorial and print models for decades.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | February 21, 2022 8:55 AM |
I don't think anyone with at least two functioning brain cells would consider Tom Holland a "Model."
He's a celebrity endorser.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | February 21, 2022 9:13 AM |
Zendaya is not even close to gorgeous.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | February 21, 2022 9:17 AM |
R19 you were making valid points until the last sentences then you sounded ridiculous. "Appears to be straight " you can't be this stupid. Timothe has posed in androgynous outfits for fashion magazines so he wasn't projecting straight masculinity.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | February 21, 2022 9:18 AM |
That used to be the case r45, when we looked up to people with actual skills, talent and good looks. Not anymore. Most of Hollywood now is laughable.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | February 21, 2022 9:20 AM |
R49 And your eyes don't work.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | February 21, 2022 9:25 AM |
He does terrible American accents in his films.
It comes across like he just practiced the night before.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | February 21, 2022 9:43 AM |
Hey, OP, how about you remove that hair across your ass.
No one gives a fuck about your definition of a model.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | February 21, 2022 9:45 AM |
Is he really only 5'5?
He and Peter Dinklage shoud do a buddy movie.
No framing issues for the director.
by Anonymous | reply 55 | February 21, 2022 9:50 AM |
I think that you are being EXTREMELY generous by describing him as cute. He is a very plain guy with a middling talent who wouldn't be anywhere if his father wasn't a prominent comedian, BBC scriptwriter and radio host. He is a product of nepotism, just like Henry Cavill (son of a very successful stockbroker, which allowed Henry to befriend Russell Crowe when he was a teenager); Rose Leslie (daughter of Scottish aristocrats); Tom Hardy (son of novelist and TV scriptwriter Chips Hardy); Juno Temple (daughter of a film producer and a film director); Lily James (daughter of rich parents who could devote their time to pretending to act and compose music) and a long etcetera.
And let's not even talk about their American counterparts (Jake Gyllenhaal, the retarded and insufferable Sophia Crappola, Scarlett Johansson, the repulsive Jonah Hill and that hideous monstrosity he calls a sister, Lena Dunham, Seth Rogen, etc). The fact that these mostly mediocre children of privilege have invaded the performing arts, is why the film industry has become a cesspit of worthless comedies and CGI-driven and repetitive superhero movies that are entirely devoid of content. As I have said before, we need a revolution.

He has a great body and short men can be sexy.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | February 21, 2022 11:17 AM |
It's reflected glory
by Anonymous | reply 59 | February 21, 2022 11:17 AM |
Speaking of actor/models, where did the divine Matthew Beard of "Vienna Blood" go?
He wore that hat better than any suit that stunted twink could wear. A former Burberry model.
The cheekbones, the big blue eyes, the luscious voice, the lanky elegance . . .
That's what a man wearing clothes well looks like.

My mom once told me 'people have to die because the world changes so much over time and eventually we just can't keep up with the changes and need to leave.'
I am only 43 and already so many changes are really challenging me. One of the basic ones is the pronoun policing and the endless number of defined, ultra-specific identities.
I have now encountered enough young people to understand that while we see such things as fads, these things are just woven into young people's fabrics of reality. They have grown up in a world that taught them these things and it's all they know. So while pronouns and gender and sexual identities are just labels to us, they are important aspects of being to young people. Also, every person I work with under 30 refers to their significant other as "my partner" and all of them are straight. Many of us assumed two of the guys were gay because of their mannerisms and their sensitivities and their 'partners,' but all are straight and just differently acculturated.
They also see differently. They don't share older people's concepts of beauty or supermodels at all. Just as Ruben and Botticelli saw overweight women as the most beautiful in a way we don't, young people see Gigi Hadid, Tom Holland, et al. as most beautiful. They just see differently and value different things.
They hear and think and feel differently. Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Lana Del Rey and Adele are the greatest songwriters, akin to great poets, in the minds of young people *including* professional critics today. None of these would have been regarded as more than middling during the 90s singer-songwriter era or during the 60s singer-songwriter era. And they are indeed celebrated for their writing and their insights and not for being inventive or experimental or progressive.
Young people have different concepts of what celebrity is and what talent is. Being an Instagram or TikTok influencer is the height of celebrity to them, not being a movie star or a pop star or an author or anything necessarily requiring talent. The talent is finding the 'hook' and self-branding. Young people see the social world through the lens of branding and marketing and they admire people who can sell their images to the world and regard them as talents.
This is a real change in the real world. I listen to a podcast hosted by Millennial literary agents and they unabashedly, unapologetically and plainly say that book publishing today is about sales and marketing, full stop, and that publishers buy books based on 'the hook' that they know will sell—following the trends set by prior books—and that unless the writing is truly stellar, decisions about whether to buy a writer's book significantly consider how many followers the writer has on social media. One of the agents said that anyone who has at least 20k followers on any one social media platform is guaranteed a book deal whether they can write or not (the publisher will find a ghost writer and conceive a narrative for someone with a large following), and anyone with fewer followers than that is unlikely to get a book deal regardless of the quality of their writing. So priority number one is to build an online following, especially on Instagram or TikTok, doing whatever it takes, including stripping. And that goes for publishing, music and modeling today.
It's a very different world now than the one people over 40 grew up in.
