I prefer the Liza troll the right wing trolls. Please shoot THEM.

People here do drill jokes/memes into ground here. It’s usually just a few posters who steal the joke and persist to destroy.

Every once in a while, a terrible joke is worth repeating into the ground. Sometimes if you haven't heard it in a while. Or it just hits you in particularly absurd way. Sometimes.

Liza, Mrs. Patsy Ramsey, and the M and G thing are extremely unfunny and predictable.

Sometimes, when it's completely unexpected and quotes some random word or phrase, I still find it funny.

I don’t find it funny, but it’s hard to kill a decades old tradition. I’ve been coming here for 19 years and the Liza jokes have been a constant (along with jokes about her half siblings).

"Vairst Letty" and "Sure, Jan" trolls are even more shootworthy than the "Lisha" trolls. And "vicious slapping" comes close.

Not sure about that. She didn't seem to appreciate Ellen's drag queen joke at the Oscars several years ago, which was pretty tame, especially given the context, i.e., that there have been several billion Liza impersonators over the years. Poking fun at a speech impediment might not go over that well...

My friend worked backstage at a charity event in the early 2000's and Liza was the guest of honor and performed 3 songs. He almost ran into her carrying some boxes and she giggled, smiled and said, "Where's the fire!" He said he almost fainted from her warmth and star power.
