My nieces and nephews haven't had issues with wearing masks. Their parents presented it as a public health measure, and a way to help protect others. The only time it was a problem was during heat waves because their ancient schools don't have A/C.

They also don't have issues with getting tested, although some of their friends were terrified because they heard horror stories at home about the swab practically touching the brain.

I can see it being an issue for very young babies and children, when they are learning to read facial cues, etc, and are programed by nature to be drawn to human faces. It's not normal for early human development to be surrounded by masks.

That said, Goldie can suck it.
