Both he and the Pointer Sisters took part in Rhythm, Country and Blues record, but for whatever reason they didn't have them singing together and didn't have them do Slow Hand which was a major hit for both. My favorite PS album is LIVE AT THE OPERA HOUSE. It was recorded in the early 70s and they never sounded better. Their selections of songs ranged from R&B, Jazz, Country and Broadway ("Steam Heat')
