Martha hawks wine from her Martha Stewart Wine company. I am pretty sure the pandemic was woven into the marketing copy of the emails her wine company sends out.

You shouldn’t mention “inside information” in relation to Martha. It triggers memories of her prison stay. It wounds!

I know some people who worked with Martha. Both before and after her mega success. They all say she's a tough taskmaster but a pro and fair and if you do your job well, she'll be very generous. Overall, she's a tough old broad who likes to have fun.

Martha has had no choice since being incarcerated as she was the butt of endless jokes. Prior to that, she was pretty uptight. She’s no dummy.

I helped plan her birthday party before she went to prison when I worked for one of her friends….a guest brought a cake with a file baked into it…..the joke was very well received!

I also walk my dogs at the same place she walks hers in the summer….she’s always walking with a very polished gay man at an extremely slow pace…..she couldn’t pick me out of a lineup but she adores my sweet dog and is lovely with him

Kinda weird to say that Martha has a sense of humor when she's the one being an old scold about Ina, who was joking around in an interview.

"I do not agree about taking to drink to cope with things like the pandemic... To me it's continuing to work really hard, to be as productive as I possibly can be, to enjoy my grandchildren" is what Martha said, and that's about as humorless as you can get.

She goes on to talk about how she gets up early in the morning to work and doesn't watch television during the day, then says the pandemic has been good to her because she flies people out to her home to do her hair and give her facials.

I usually like Martha but this is insufferable.

My friend used to cater events for her and thought she was a miserable cunt.

She didn't always. I strongly suspect it's a bit of a front to make her more likeable to the public. I'd love it if it were real, but I don't trust her. At all. despite beauty, wealth and fame she's still insecure about her Polish peasant roots and although she seems like the ultimate WASP, they've never really accepted her. She's the middle class idea of a WASP but the true old money still look down at her.

I worked with Martha on a project in the 90s. She was certainly nice to me- brought flowers, bread and gave me a nice framed picture when we were done. Gay guy here.

While Stewart has NPD and is a world class bitch, we love her organizational skills and her strive for perfection. Garten just comes across as an out of touch, snob who loves butter to the point of obscenity. I can picture Garten sharing a battered spoon with that creepy, little Amy Rollof. I bet Ina’s success stings a little. Martha probably thinks Ina would not be where she is without Martha, and Ina probably thinks she’s improved on Ina’s offerings. Both seem to have plenty of sense of humor to me. Ina has Jeffrey and Martha has her daughter, and both have copious tasteful and attractive gay and celebrity friends. Ina worked in White House and Martha went to jail.
