Fergie voiced Sally in a few Peanuts specials in the 1980s. She's also crazy and a drug addict. I love that theory everyone in Peanuts suffers a mental illness.

The eulogy was delivered by his first grade teacher. The most memorable line was “Womp wompwomp womp: wompa womp womp? WOMP!”

Like most kid actors, he was a very cute kid. He was probably molested, which might explain his problems in later life.

I guess having a troubled life isn't surprising for someone who reached his peak when he was 9 years old.

I read an anecdote in Reader’s Digest once, about the voice actors for the Charlie Brown cartoons. One of the producers or talent scouts was on an airplane and heard a child speaking to his mother and thought he’d be perfect as a voice actor. The kid’s mother had never heard of “Peanuts” or Charlie Brown or Charles Schulz and went all Karen because she thought it was a premise to abduct her child.

I guess she lived under a rock.

He looks like a grown-up Charlie Brown.

R19 Anything is possible but I wouldn't assume that. People can become horrifically mentally damaged for many many reasons unrelated to molestation. I don't understand why everyone automatically jumps to sex abuse when someone is messed up. In a way it trivialises other sorts of harm.

R33 I know right? People think you have to be molested to become unstable. Mental illness is mostly genetic and other forms of trauma exist like financial woes, physical injuries, illness, death in the family, a breakup etc. Drug addiction is to usually medicate whatever issues you may be dealing with. I'm getting so sick and tired of people accusing everyone in Hollywood of being molested.
