"Crafty butcher" was hard to understand but the explanation at the link makes sense:

A male homosexual, ie. a man who likes to take his meat around the back.

I don't see a slang term for a gay man who is mainly into oral sex in the wikipedia article. I guess "cocksucker" will have to do.
