Years ago, I worked with two older women who got pregnant, naturally, by their husbands, both women were in their 40s. Both women had careers, both admitted to me, they waited too long to have babies. Both had normal pregnancies, there were no complications whatsoever, maybe this was due to both women being very healthy, in shape, going to the gym, never smoking, never drinking or doing recreational dugs?

Both came to work through their pregnancies, their babies had zero health issues. Their children are now young adults.
