Ivanka and Melania have too big implants. They look matronly. They look absurd.

Much smaller implants (185 cc) work on women who have some fat tissue. If placed behind the muscles, they may look and feel real provided there isn’t encapsulation.

It is truly an absurd surgery nowadays. Aren’t gals favoring a more athletic physique like Kate Hudson and the Duchess of Cambridge?

My best friend lost a lot of weight and got fake tits. She let me feel them out of curiosity. They felt more firm than real breasts. Looked real though because she had tissue to work with. I don’t think most straight dudes care if the hugs are real or fake as they look good. I would not care if my partner had a cock implant as long as it looks meaty and feels good.

OP, I have several friends with breast implantsand have felt them all; they are way firmer than normal breast tissue and they don't move like normal breasts of the same size. Re: the embarrassment, I think in much of our culture, breast implants are viewed (mostly by those who get them) as being fancy and an indicator of wealth (a trashy set of the wealthy, no doubt, but they aren't exactly cheap so it is something of a monetary signal). I actually have a friend with enormous, natural breasts who actually will lie to people about having fake breasts because, in her mind, saying that and having the make her look posh. It's really fucking weird.

After as much plastic surgery as she has had, how does she dare have children? She married an ugly man. there is no hope for the kids looks. Imagine looking at your children and seeing the old face and body that you shed so long ago.

I had to perform CPR on a patient with recent implants and it was horrible. They were extremely firm, close together, practically up on her sternum, and completely immovable. Real boobs flop over to the sides, but these weren't going anywhere.

Funny thing was, several of the ladies in my office all wanted one of them to take home to show their families what the things looked like.
