My favorite is bacon wrapped chicken breasts, I found it much too difficult to wrap a chicken breast so I just lay the bacon on top of the breasts and let the bacon drippings to the rest. So it would be that.
Second choice would BLT's.

Probably the best celebration of bacon by itself is the BLT.
Get a large croissant, slice it in half, and put Miracle Whip on it. Use leaf lettuce or spinach; slice a ripe beefsteak tomato, or an heirloom. Add some sliced avocado, or maybe guacamole. For the bacon, use thick-sliced black pepper-crusted bacon, fried extra-crispy. Mmmm!
