I am a VIP member and am supposed to get $2 shipping. I called them since I was placing an order and my shipping kept defaulting to $13. They told me that they would need my permission to moniter my account since they can see I am a VIP and need to know why I am not getting $2 shipping. I told them that I will be buying my Funko Pops elsewhere!!! Why do I suffer this way?
