I think the huge penis thing is a contemporary urban legend. All bulge shots seem to suggest there's really nothing extraordinary going on down there...unless he gets boner big (which is possible obviously). My take is that he's probably a super kind, fun guy to be around and is well-respected in "the business." I don't dislike him at all and do find him sexy in an odd way.

He's pretty unfunny on SNL--I think he's one of those people who is a much, much better stand-up comic than a comedy actor (Chris Rock and Norm MacDonald are two others--they never seemed comfortable on SNL doing skits, but they were both great in stand-up).
