How did those interiors happen? Did someone buy these cheap at some point, rip everything out, and install the cheapest flooring and drywall they could find in the Home Depot sale bin? There's nothing left to work with, there's no way to even begin to renovate a place like that. I'm legitimately offended.

Wow, I agree. It’s really trashily done. Those bathrooms and kitchens need full gut renovations. And split and through wall AC? For 3.5 million? That should be central. Period.
