Really, OP? I thought that in order to be inducted into the DL Hall of Fame you had to be crazy, tacky, outrageous, lack self-awareness and maybe, be a little pathetic at times. Being funny is optional, of course, but being laughable and ridiculous are a must. I would have imagined that the likes of Liberace, Liza, Tara Reid, Richard Simmons, Miley during her trailer park stripper phase, Phyllis Maguire, Little Richard, good old insane Mariah and dear Whitney during her Bobbay-loving, raspy-voiced crack whore era, would have been perfect candidates.

However, serial killers and criminals? Sorry, but that's too dark.
