Thanks for posting this OP. I’m decluttering, and I really appreciate that every single thing she displays has a purpose. There are no unnecessary or redundant objects.

I’ve had to replace things I eliminated, and I see that even though I’ve been extremely careful and judicious, I could have done with even less. Very helpful.

She's much more talented than I gave her credit for in the High School Musical days. I wish her the best and she's getting more and more beautiful.

She thinks travertine is tavertine. Nice house, but I found the giggling and forced enthusiasm off-putting. She’s in her thirties and sounds like a teenager.

Why do celebs do this? Complain about their privacy and then do home tours.

She bought her first house at 17 or 18, whenever the third HSM was coming out, back in 2008. I remember it was like $5 million or something, maybe more. That’s when I realized that HSM franchise overpaid them for the sequels because it became a phenomenon, and the third was a theatrical release.

I actually like her setup. It feels comfy and warm, vs cold like many celebs homes. I feel most of their homes don’t look comfortable! Like it’s there to be seen and nothing more. You can’t sit back and chill. With her it feels like a real home.

I've known Vanessa since she was five. She comes across as bait of an airhead, but she's actually very intelligent. She lacks formal education -but she knows her business. I was pleased that she mentioned her father and the plumerias -but surprised there were no family pictures anywhere. I agree with the posters above who said that she grows more beautiful -and that she is more talented than you might have thought back in her HSM days. She's a very nice person.

Well she was 15 when she filmed HSM. She’s in her 30s now. The talent grew with time because of practice.

Its a nice house and her main room looks spacious- she didnt fill every corner with stuff. Then her actual living room is the one with a lot of stuff. She is much more talented than initially advertised. She made those live musicals Rent and Grease watchable being pretty much the only pro there. She has a disney sounding singing voice.

R22 many get worse in their 30s. Taylor Swift, Britney and Katy Perry still suck, but they made their money and Vanessa is just ok.

Vanessa isn’t the pop star they are. She’s more an actress and musical theater girl. They’re bonafide pop stars.

She's not the brightest bulb but she seems nice. I like the house a lot apart from the black bathroom. Black works better for smaller spaces like powder rooms.

Pays to have it decorated. Calls manager. Manager calls PR. Decorated house is filmed and photographed. Name gets in news for three minutes. Next.

Basic. Omg like its vintage!

It looks nice! Like a cozy pretty home, not a hotel room devoid of personality.

I really like the bedroom and bathroom and I’m not a fan of orange and brown decor but this is very striking.

The grounds are amazing the way they’ve been divided into different areas which make them seem endless.
