He was on the Canadian talk show "Steven and Chris" years ago, plugging his book. He was incredibly obnoxious to Chris Hyndman because he was an effeminate gay man. His personality cancels out any physical attractiveness. When asked some years later what was their worst interview, both Steven and Chris immediately said Gordon Ramsay.

It's weird to see his trademark blonde youthful hairstyle paired with the most grizzled face imaginable. However I agree with r25 that he still has sex appeal.

I thought I heard he's really kind and unlike his usual TV persona. Who knows? I don't find him sexy really but I do enjoy Master Chef and Next Level Kitchen. I avoid children's cooking/baking shows but even Master Chef Junior is great fun. Hell's Kitchen is way too over the top for me, though, with all the screaming and berating going on.
