Has anyone here seen this movie?
I watched it two days ago. I have to say this is honestly the most terrifying, fucked up movie that I have ever seen in my entire life.

I did and liked it. The sequel is decent.

The film is alright for a modern horror film. I wouldn't say it's exceptionally scary although it is obviously quite creepy. The only truly memorable thing about the film is Ethan Hawke in the lead role.

Been meaning to watch Sinister. I saw the lawnmower scene on YouTube and thought it was well done.

I’m ready for a proper sequel.

I think it is a bit overhyped to be honest, but it does strike some nerves and has some truly skin-crawling imagery. The "home movies" shown in it are the stuff of nightmares in every sense of the word.

Especially that one, R5. The music, the vocalizations...

R6 agreed, the music in and of itself almost triggers a visceral reaction and makes me want to throw up. It's terrifying.
