R50, she's not young enough to have another kid naturally. She's in her 50s. For most women it's difficult after 40 and near impossible after 45. Even if she still has a period, her eggs would have degraded. The only exception is if she froze some of her eggs several years ago. Then what, find a male friend to donate the sperm? Or buy a strangers sperm? Yes, there's science. She could buy a donor egg, buy some sperm, and hire a surrogate to carry them. Basically, design a baby to adopt. Or she could adopt a baby that's already born. It's not easy to get approval for that in your 50s. You'll need to be rich and adopt from overseas (like Hoda).

But...why? This time around, she'd be a single mom. (Last time she had a partner for the first few years of the child's life.) While she's still trying to heal from this huge loss. And the kid would be starting off life with a single, mid-50s mom. It was fucked up for Andy/Anderson to do it, but it would make less sense for Regina to do it, after she's already raised a kid to 26. If a new kid has similar problems, she won't be able to help, because by the time the new kid gets to age 20, she would be 70+.
