I’m rewatching Fat Shannon’s first season and damn , The Menopause really just put her in a choke hold, kicked her in the cunt and threw her in the gutter. The difference in appearance is startling.

Menopause did not do that to Shannon - see Luanne, Tamra and Ramona. Heather is only 4 years younger than her. Fat and booze did that to Shannon. She lose 25 lbs and the booze bloat, she would look a lot better...

I will say though while Shannon is not back to her first season weight, she has kept most of the weight off. She's noticeably thinner than when she ballooned out a few years ago. I'd say she has maybe 15 more to lose max

I finally watched the first episode of the season.

I absolutely love that Shannon's daughters learned from David how to push her buttons. I thought she was going to have a nervous breakdown in the boutique when Sophie asked her, "How would you feel if I lived in Texas the rest of my life?" And then Stella followed it up with, "Mom, you're going to be ALONE."

Somewhere, David is laughing.

in other OC news, after more than 3 years, the Jim Bellino vs. Tamra Judge lawsuit is finally over lol. They settled it to avoid trial so clearly she must have paid him some amount of money. He sued for $1 million but clearly didn't get that much. He had previously sued Shannon as well but the judge dismissed that defamation charge case

Interesting that Nicole still appears. Maybe after Heather said the old lawsuit is no big deal, Nicole ran out of storyline? Since the second episode we've only seen Nicole in scenes with the other women talking about Noella

I love that Noella has Heather’s number, but I think she’s too odd to get people on her side. Kelly Dodd had the same problem.

They need a cast member to come on this show that is sharp and isn’t intimidated by Heather to drag that bitch. Because there have to be some nasty little secrets there-the Dubrows seem to live beyond their means, even with Botched and their snake oil ventures.

annoying but Kelly, Tamra and Kelly are all gloating that this season's ratings aren't going up. They're all trying to make it seem like if they returned, ratings would be sky-high again. I actually think that trend is over

in general it seems housewives' ratings are down across the board unless there's something really crazy going on such as a legal scandal.
