I think what happened is the Homeowners' Association put a lien on her condo. Brenda then sued them, claiming they were in violation of collection agency regs. But since they are, clearly, not a collection agency and acting within the law, the court found her complaint to be frivolous. That is why the judge awarded over $7,000 to the defendant, to cover their legal fees.

So Brenda is still on the hook for the Homeowners' dues, which she doesn't seem to have the money for. And now an additional $7,000. I wonder if she represented herself. I doubt she had the money for a lawyer and the case was an obviously loser so no one would take it on a contingency.

Brenda was fired from The Young & The Restless because she was sleeping with William J Bell the creator of Y&R. When their affair was found out he fired her and the Bell family had her blacklisted. She was also a bitch to work with.

Youtube shows that Brenda was a pretty effective ingenue. When they turned the character into a daytime Alexis, her delivery became very odd and stilted. I wonder if she had some sort of mental break. She doesn't seem like a human being in the latterday clips.

Well, I guess she didn't die, because she posted on Facebook on May 27. No explanation of where she's been. But I believe the photo she put up is an old one, but that's not uncommon.
