I've been watching adaptations of A Christmas Carol. Marley's ghost is a pretty prominent role in the story. He is always played by a very capable British thespian. So, who was the best?
Who was the best Jacob Marley?

Loved her portrayal of Bob Snatchit, and her Old Fuzzywig was hilarious when she ran around screaming 'it's a merkin!' Her Ghost of Christmas Ass was terrifying though.

Mr. Slate in "A Flintstones Christmas Carol" 1994
Synopsis of this classic: Fred is cast as Ebenezer Scrooge in a the Bedrock Community Theater stage adaption of the story, causing his ego to swell and he starts to become, in real life, like the embittered old miser he is to portray. But by the time the curtain closes on the play, Wilma, Barney and Pebbles help Fred learn the true meaning of Christmas.
An underlying theme of this work is to have the viewers quietly dwell on the how and why of these Stone Age people celebrating "Christmas" when, of course, everyone in Bedrock was Muslim.

If B.C. can celebrate Ash Wednesday, Fred Flintstone can celebrate Christmas.
