My best friend was a driver for one hot second about 20 years ago. He'd just moved to LA post college and that was the first job he landed. He mostly picked up rich people going to or from LAX. One of his regulars was Noth. My friend - who might be the nicest guy on the planet - hated Noth and said no one treated him more like a second class loser than he did.

That said, the man is sex on a stick to me and I wish he'd harass me.

I get so confused with all these “Equalizers” - are they all based in the same characters? It was originally a TV when I was a kid in the 80s - one of the few at the time that was filmed in NYC - every waiter at O’Neals or wherever would be like “I just was a day player on The Equalizer.” Never watched it.

Then it became a movie with Denzel, then this TV show, which spun from the movie, which I assume spun from the original TV show?

I’ve never watched any of the above so I have no idea.

However, the accounts seem credible to me, in particular due to the Beverly Johnson allegations back in the early 90s. Plus there's several others (including herr on DL) who claim to have had contact with him or heard second hand accounts and have characterized him as a class A prick.

Someone else on this forum also commented on SJP's demeanor/treatment of him at a televised awards show (?) in which she was downright rude to him, the implication being that she's likely known about his shady shit for a while.

Is he a victim of "metoo"? probably not, but he is definitely a casualty here, and he is the causality of that freaky death scene of Mr. Big on Peloton. All because of that shocking death, Peloton/Mr. Big/Chris Noth were all over the news, for those women, the headlines brought back their buried memories, they smelled the blood and came forward! If Mr. Big didn't die, he would not be the front and center, the talk would still be about Carrie/SJP or an aging Carrie/SJP, no one would even mention Christ Noth, he would still have a career now.
