I've been an Il Divo fan since 2005. This death is so sad and senseless. He had such a bad case of COVID once already, he nearly died, so why was he so careless? I mean, he got sick and just decided not to go to the hospital until it was too late. Why? That makes no sense to me.

There's a photo taken in 2019 in R56's link, and Marin looks to have gained a substantial amount of weight. Covid is especially hard on those who are overweight.

My initial impression was that his family felt they wouldn't have had this outcome in Spain because his family would not have allowed him to delay seeking treatment as he did in the UK.
