I learned long ago at ATKOL that no group of people will do more to mistreat a gay pornstar if they get the chance than gay men. Every pornstar that ever came to ATKOL was eventually run off the board by some of the nasty dogs there. The bigger star they were the more they were treated like shit. Every word they would type on that board would be analyzed and challenged and often ridiculed by the same little filthy group. Zak Spears & Paul Barresi were probably treated the worst before they just said fuck it and left. But there were so many more that I can't even remember all the names. What was most maddening was that neither the moderator or the owner of ATKOL ever did a thing to stop it.

I don't think that's really true, and I was on ATKOL for a while.

It's true Zak Spears was treated badly by a few trolls, but people were pretty nice to Chris Steele and to Tommy Cruise (who was a mess but a very sweet mess), and they both kept coming back because people liked them and were kind to them.

Except for Spears (who was a nice guy, I'll admit, and did deserve to be treated better), the people from porn who were treated badly more or less deserved it. They were either obnoxious and stupid con artists/grifters like the late and much unlamented David Forest, or ridiculously pompous egomaniacs like Jackson Phillips.

I wonder if Biggs died in 5 years like he said he would. Now that was one miserable asshole of the highest order. He made the worst of DL look like angels.

They even financed a couple of porn movies, 1985's 'Inevitable Love', and 1998's 'Youthful Offenders: 18-25'. The porn store eventually closed and the chat board continued on for a while but it shut down when the original owner of the store and the board died.

Biggs was a long time denizen of the chat board. A hateful human being who thought he was by far smarter than everyone else on the planet and wasted no opportunity to tell everyone. He had a small cadre of fan boys who worshipped him, and of course he treated them like favored children. At one point he made the comment that he had at best 5 years left to live. Don't know why as he never said. That 5 years was up probably 15 or more years ago, so if he was telling the truth I assume he's long dead. I think he was rather old.
